@SD, I want to start off by saying that I really do respect you and usually agree with your take on things (and I do for the most part with your analysis today), I will however have to go back to the oh so important moli scene from today's episode and respectfully disagree with your take that there was nothing romantic there. Well perhaps romantic is the wrong word, there was a moment, a connection if you may.

RK's inner monologue during said scene:
Ohh.. I hear voices, is that my biwi?
*opens eyes slightly*
She looks so pretty... *small smile*
Hey biwi look at this! *throws hand off gurney*
I tied the moli... You're so pretty it's making me slightly light headed
I'm going to take a nap now.
*closes eyes*

Seriously though, I think that he was looking at her, he might not have been totally within his faculties but he was kind of seeing her. It might not have made a whole lot of sense but the shots back and forth between him and her gave that impression. Also, Madhu's face blurring just before RK closes his eyes the last time lends me even more evidence to base my delusions upon.

My dear helplessly and adorably cute romantic Preet,

You cracked me up with that respect you but respectfully disagree thing 🤣 You know I was expecting you girls to say that. That's why I said, I was sorry to disappoint you. 😆
But you know what as a consolation, I want to go delusional myself. So I am gonna watch the episode again and when that scene comes, I will run RK's monolgue in my mind. I think it will be perfectly romantic then. No ?

I am gonna go watch again.

Btw, I don't know about One Tree Hill. But seems interesting. Need to research.

And thanks for liking my post. 😊

Because RK does care for Padmini's words. He fears her and respects her. The thing is RK hurts those people most who actually mean something to him.

That's an obvious thing. The other observation is Padmini and RK keep taunting each other. So he has this mocking relationship with his Saasumaa. In the same mocking manner he had thrust Ganesha's idol in her hands and when he sees her coming with the idol, there is no mocking now and just quietly takes it from her hands. If she was not supposed to be an important person in his life, why in that scene, Padmini had to be the one from whom he is taking his Ganesha back.

Padmini had similar experience in her life with Ganesha.
So is RK having it.

And then there is Padmini's story to be revealed which RK has to understand. The two men in her life, Balraj and Shamsher Malik...all this he needs to understand. So that relationship will go on bitter-sour to sweet journey.

@O-SD-O

You pointed out the symbolism in Deepali's saree but what about Madhu's?
Half red -meaning bridal
Half white - meaning widow

Dipali-green meaning jealous

SD: Your analysis as like me watching the entire episode in a different perspective than I had perceivedB:)

I agree with Preet on the RK-Madhu-mouli scene... Madhu's image did blur b4 RK closed his eyes...

The Dips-Madhu scene explanation of yours was totally good and plausible...

It's always a pleasure to read your insights...Yep, visarjan could be
hinting at the dissolution of RK and the emergence of Rishab...Madhu already
promised Radhaji that her son would return to her ...so,I don't think Rishab
would be holding any resentment towards his mother after he recovers...
I don't agree with the theory that RK would send Madhu to the chawl because
he wouldn't want to face her sympathetic gaze or her growing feelings. These are
all the issues with RK and if its Rishab then,he would be courageous enough to
acknowledge her feelings. But,why the cv's are in such a hurry to bring in Rishab..??They must have an interesting plan as to how to take the story farward...I am now
curious to see how the character Rishab would be...RK evolved because of what
Rishab is...I mean its Rishab who gave rise to RK right...??
RK is unfeeling to human emotions and arrogant
Rishab is too sensitive to human emotions and very possessive ...

So true!!! He entrusts both Madhu and the idol into Pads hands... I felt that symbolises that after himself, he trusts only Pads... And somewhere i do feel that he respects her coz whatever might be the circumstances , she never married Shamsher when she could have and that she still wears her mangalsutra and honors the symbol of her marriage...
