Hmmm. Interesting that you brought up Trishna here. First off it was nice to see her in a suit (Indian outfit) and not the western casual ones. And yes, she was noticing all of this drama. Interesting how the writers keep showing that the Maliks and Chaudhary's hardly care for RK now. All of them just give him equally disgusted looks at his antics. Poor Guy!!!! No Superstar status at all at his Sasuraal đ
Jokes apart, ofcourse he does not deserve any of their good thoughts, but I would love all of the Maliks and Chaudhry's (and not just Trishna) agree and tell Madhu that she was wrong in trying to challenge RK when she was not even the victim. That was just OTT behaviour.

Shamu and RK confrontation is good. RK secretly admires the standing out nature of Malik's family. Like mother like daughter and daddy's girl.

And lastly about Madhu's behaviour...she was allowed being that bossy to her husband by RK because he allows her to be his wife. Only with that kind of close relationship does anyone can go that far. So on that level, I accept her behaviour.
Parents do that with their children to inculcate respect to customs and traditions. But I have seen my parents way with us. We were not very keen with rituals. And Mom was. So she was strict and used to say, I don't care if you pray or not, but there are some boundaries that you will not cross and tasks that you will do and then leave. That part we liked of mother. very clear. There were rules to follow and yet lot of independence allowing us to question. have a dialogue. Later, on we started praying to God the way we wanted to. The way RK speaks in the SUV that he is not stopping Madhu to pray to HIM, likewise, she need not interfere in his matters is PROFOUND to me, as showing something that I, as my kind of AUDIENCE has been waiting from last one week to hear about it.
I have no issues with Madhu becoming a catalyst to RK's confrontation with BAPPA towards their reconciliation. What irks me is that Madhu after seeing RK's weakness, his weakening resolve starts showing attitude like a bigot, especially the teasing scenes. For romance part those scenes are cute to watch for the audience, but repercussions for RK, are too many. At least the writers are successful in showing what kind of difficulties Madhu will have in bonding with RK personality. Rishabh Kundra is like camphor, exists only in two states...solid and gaseous, so Madhu will need to understand the process of sublimation and become the apt external catalyst to see for herself the changing states of Rishabh Kundra.
