I enjoyed the episode for what it was and I have to agree with everyone, the way in which Madhu turned down Dips's offer was amazing. Beyond her words, it's like what SD said, she's uncovering all of RK's secrets and is slowly realizing a determination within her to "cure him".

The scene that I loved though was when Madhu left and RK called the doctor, angry that the doctor had let it slip about the machines. That right there shows you the man he actually is. This is why I think I love this show so much, RK is the ultimate romantic hero. My destressor of choice is a good romance novel, doesn't matter what decade it's from, genre doesn't usually matter, I look for a good story and a good leading couple. RK and Madhu both remind me of the leads from some of my most favourite ones. He's been hurt repeatedly, he doesn't trust anyone, everyone is going to betray him, so he hides behind this mask of someone no one can love.. If he gives them every reason not to then he's in control of the situation, no one will ever close enough to hurt him because he doesn't want them there to begin with. I like seeing the walls slipping, they're slipping with Madhu and eventually they're going to fall and I think he's becoming fearful of that, thus his insistance that she not see any of the good in him, that she continue to see him as a janwar (from that scene in the trailer), and that she always remembers that she doesn't like him. I get that it's not love yet, but it's definitely on the right track to love.

I like the comments posted about Padmani and how if he knew the real story he would probably understand and not hold so much resentment towards her. All in good time I suppose, he has to learn of her past somehow, as I agree with the poster who said that they thought RK was going to save Madhu and Padmani from Balraj. When they had RK in the jail cell with Madhu's father I saw it as them drawing a parallel between the two, I'm sure it's been mentioned but I think on the surface the marriage between Madhu and RK was supposed to initially look like a repeat of what happened with Padmani but we quickly began to see that that was not the case. I think it was done on purpose. RK meeting Balraj was not a mistake in my opinion either, RK is definitely going to have some part in finally defeating Balraj for real.

Since I've been rambling and have managed to get a little away from the topic of today's episode, I'd like to ask, anyone here listen to Mumford and Sons? It's not for everyone but I ADORE them.. recently I've been listening to them and at moments I'll think of Madhu/RK and where this story is going:

Roll out your questions keep them down
Let the water lead us home
And I was sorry for what I'd done

You were young I was not old
But our story was not told
But torn apart by greedy hands

Spin me round just to pin me down
On the cover of this strange bed
spin me round just to pin me down

I agree.. I like seeing that both Madhu and RK aren't giving into her mechanisms. Try what she will those two are standing united (although not by any sort of formal agreement) against her.

Madhus reply to deepali was great...the cv's got it perfect with the dialogues, action and

everything...
Coming to RK,this guy can handle hatred but not Love...I mean he wants to do good but,
is scared of the love and admiration he might earn of it...with his fans he is o.k but,not with
anyone whom he knows personally except of course with bittuji😆...scared that their looks might just melt his heart and could result in a heart break if they leave him...he just doesn't know to cope up with a loss...
I sense a very serious problem...I mean even after Madhu and RK overcome their hatread, dislike and their egoes and accept their love and each other, there is always a tiny weeny risk of loosing your loved one ...life is very unpredictable you see...What would this guy do then...?? Put on the mask again and once again become 'The RK'...
As the story progresses are the CV"s going to show us how RK overcomes his fears and phobias
or is it how this fear of him gives rise to his junoon in saving his innocent biwi from the cruel world and if needed even from death...

I think after they accept their love and RK starts to calm down a bit as Madhu will always be with him, Ballu will show up to give some hawa to his junoon..
I want Ballu vs. RK soon..I just loved their scenes but it will be more masala daar only if he comes at a time when Madhu-RK are in a seperation phase or in a calm, everyday lives phase and ballu enters like a tornado.

@ Huma..
Yeah...that would be the most thrilling and interesting track...would love to see
RK's pagalpan and junoon for his biwi...Ballu and RK would be something to watch for...
both paagal and powerfull...and how RK is going to make nothing happen to Madhu...and destroy the threat .. ...would be like an action filled climax of RK's film...😆...

I'm not even going to broach the treatment of religious sentiment as a normative condition. Why can't RK not believe in Bappa? This kind of wholesale Thakeray agenda is very worrying. Am I making sense here? The personal beliefs of a person are their own, no one has the right to try and change them, especially as a 'righteous battle' as is being shown here. It makes me deeply uneasy.

Had the fight been to enforce Madhu or RK's family to continue to practise their beliefs without intervention from RK, I would have been much happier.

I hear you. That's where Ekta Mata's regression kicks in.
In olden days, creatives used to safely manoeuver the sensitive topics in their attempt not to promote extremist ideas or get caught in no man's land firing.
Sensationalism sells. Its easy on a the soap audience to get their soap heroine achieve wonders in bringing upon the unthinkable change, well within her domain knowledge.
