That scarf can never look hot. Too mismatched, too lifeless, too limp. I'm not a fan of his wardrobe mistress tbh. He manages to look hot despite them, and most of the time his clothes do nothing for him.

I'd put him in a classic Ralph lauren blazer and jeans and a white button down shirt.

The built-up collars they give him make his neck disappear.
