RK effectively silenced Deepali. By his actions he told Dipali that he neednt resort to violence to block her advances and however much she tries, she will eventually fail ... He used Madhu as a shield from her advances.. Now Dipali cant make her moves without making her motives clear to Madhu, which I suspect she does want.. Nor does she want the others to know she is after RK (for what reasons?)..

With Madhu, RK 'knows' he neednt try as hard since she has softened towards him.. He knows her weakness and he doesnt hesitate to use it.. When she wanted to leave the room, RK doesnt get angry like he used to earlier nor did he use any force.. He just tells her that her staying in the room will make his mother very happy.. That was the best strategy that he could have used against Madhu.. And see how effective it was..
