I don't even know you people. I'm just sitting in my corner of the forum and talking. If you think you'd like to talk to me, please join in, you are most welcome. if you think I'm nutters, then ok, that's your opinion. But at least don't say that to my face. I have feelings too..

Koyel keep your sorry to yourself... This is not the first time you are saying sorry to me... Once I can accept twice also but thrice no... 🤢 And to be honest I don't like your serious "a bit too much" comments... Your anger keep it for yourself baby don't show it to me... 😡 Because my anger is bigger than yours be sure of that 😉 🥱

@Cookie Sarina: Everyone has the right to come in every topic... I am here not to make fun or spam... I am here to understand... If you can't explain then stay away... Don't abuse people 😕 And I am not that type of girl who run away once somebody says something 🥱

EML, I second you.
About Men being pressured and challenged over his sexual prowess, I know this too well. I feel more for them. I believe, I slightly touched on this last week

Bhoomi,

I have to quote the entire post. Now you see why I am not a feminist ? EML actually expressed what I have seen. And to be honest, I have seen the man much more weaker than the woman and that it is the woman of the house manipulating her men around her. I have actually seen how women make men their puppets. For all these reasons I don't sympathize with women power campaign groups.
And for the obvious suffering of women in Northern societies in India, I again blame the women for their condition. I have actually seen my friend fighting the disparity shown by her mother when compared to how her brother was being treated. Of course her two friends used to fuel her to fight for her rights. Now she is another broken but stronger soul, She cut herself of her no-spine brother. Relations with mother have improved.
My another friend, hailing from all-girl family, when her father died, the daughters and mother, inspite of the protests from relatives, decided that funeral would be lit by the girls. The mother I guess allowed two of her daughters to go to the ground and the rest stayed back to take care of other arrangements.
What I mean, no one can stop a woman, because Mother Nature has made that much of an efficient machine. If Mother Nature did not make us weak, why women act like they are weak.
And oh! My God! The sly vixen! I have seen so many of them. I feel I am a prey to them. And that's another reason for me to get respite in male company.

Bhoomi, EML,

Me too missing RK the sculptor. That was so seductive to me 😳. Seriously it was like sex oozing out! Oh! I can't believe I am talking like this 😆 but then, yes "menacing beautiful"

And me too was tripping girl until my early 20's. As it became embarassing to fall down the pavement, I mentally steeled myself against tripping. Now I don't trip hugely, just a little against the carpet in office. 🤣 The fumbling habits majorly are still there with "cutting my hands" and "felling the spoons and forks" from the dining table. 😆

SD, to me feminism doesn't mean that women are always right. It merely asks for equal legal, social and economic rights for them. Yes, current attitude of women themselves is terrible. But isn't that a product of patriarchy? Most of us simply reaffirm those values without thinking that we are, in effect, hurting ourselves (women as a group). I'll equate it to the freedom struggle - if feminism is the struggle for freedom, the women we are talking about are the Indian middle class who depended upon the British for their livelihood, while the (male and female) feminists are satyagrahis 😃 This is how I think of it.

I actually thought that was the story. And now in the current situation, I am willing to wait as the show is just near to 4 months old.

Clumsiness or slight motor aphasia may be caused by excess oestrogen. And there go our grand theories of objective intellect and high spiritual inquiry. We are all little monkeys with delusions of grandeur, mobile bags of skin full of a changing cocktail of chemicals. Is there any wonder then that we are so messed up?

SD: @ story - yeah, I hope it finds its way there. Really don't want this to turn into a family drama.

FQ: It's those very chemicals that help us think, after all. So I guess we were preset for mess. Might as well live up to our destiny and have fun while we're at it...

And now I really should go and sleep. It's almost 3.00 a.m. IST. I have to be up by 6.00.. Ugh

Have fun talking!!
