Yes, I completely agree with you - harassment is harassment, even if it is a man at the receiving end. The normally over-confident and verbose RK was so quiet, he seemed a bit lost. There is definitely something about Dipali that stymies him and I hope he resolves that fast, because it seriously painful to watch her lech at him.
