You make a great point sexual harassment is sexual harassment not matter what the gender just because it is a male does not make it a laughing matter. I think the reason why people don't take it as seriously because woman usually can't physically overpower men but that doesn't make it okay. I don't think any girl would leave RK for someone like Sikki but I think she has gotten rejected by RK before so she wants to take revenge. I think she also know RK really well maybe at one point use to be a friend until she got rejected that is why her words affect him so much because she know about his dark past and his pain.
