I think they are bcoz in recent tome so many people took only 4 phera's instead of 7, But if you talking abt completing the ritual of 7 phera's then they are not...

LOL... I think what that showed was basically that, RK will be fulfilling all his vachans LOL!!.. He already started by ensuring the welfare of the bride's father, by giving money for his treatment!
