the 1st 4 promises are of bridegroom that he is do...for bride. Next 3 are of bride.

this means RK promised to madhu n didnot let madhu promise anything.

RK promised to be there for madhu still his last breath.

RK promised that he will never break Madhu's trust.

RK promised to be there with madhu in all good n bad times

RK promised to respect Madhu's parents as his own.

And then said marriage over.

this means he does not want Madhu to do anything only he will do to madhu

yes becuz he wants to become his god and god didn't want anything from their humans so only he will give madhu but didn't want anything in return like human worship their gods same as it RK wants madhu to worship him
