No bcz in the promo she says 40 lacs ke liye chaar phero ki shaadi or something like that. And as we've discussed in the forum that the 40 lacs are for shammu's treatment. So no for now but later on he might be ok.

He will be alive and SHOULD BE ALIVE but treatment reqd. Maybe thats the mention of 40 lacs in the promo.
