I think the main reason for so much disagreement on this thread is because two crowds are approaching it from two different perspectives. Me and Gurtiluv here 😃, are approaching it from a strictly legal perspective. And others from a moralistic one (depending on which level a person places trespassing😆).

Either way, all I can say is, you don't have to crush on his character to watch the show. Can't we just take his character for what it is (at this point) and watch regardless, just to see where they go with him?
Why does every action and reaction have to be justified and boxed up? As we all agree, he is a grey character. So his actions will also be grey. This is was NOT self-defence. Neither was it a fully intended and thought out attack. Simple as that.
Regardless though, under the law, he would be responsible.

PS: Am I the only one that wanted to see RK and Shamsher go one on one? If only the guards hadn't been there. I wanted to see them go at it, and just go crazy 😆. Shamsher would have kicked his ass I think. He's more tough and street fighter like, RK's too personal trainer and fitness smooth-ied out.

um if Mukand had to be hospitalized he was not fine. its not his fault that his mother is cheap and can easily be sold to anyone. the body guard could have done their job without hurting shamsher until he was unconscious they used pepper spray or make him go outside. It doesnt take much time to call the police. I havent heard of anyone getting beated until they were unconscious but I have heard of people getting restraining orders or spending jail time. RK had to give orders to leave shamsher alive otherwise they would have murdered him. and LAW is most countries said in order to claim SELF DEFENSE you must in serious danger of physical harm and RK didnt have a scratch on him. And you can only use as much force as it takes to repel the attack and not make someone unconscious and almost kill them if not instructed to do otherwise.


and it is wrong of you to call people on this forum cry babies. everyone it entitled to their opinion. Any father would react the way shamsher did if someone made false representations about their daughter. It is sensible for people to feel bad for them. It is also sensible for people not to feel bad someone facing the consequences of drunk driving when the ran over another person.

Character assisnation RK hurts you in the same character assisination of Madhu hurt some other members...

So just chill n enjoy the show instead of fighting the characters
