i have a feeling that Ballu will be back in the scene once again when Madhu has become superstar Madhubala and RK possibly have developed some feelings or sympathy towards Madhubala and when Ballu finds out madhu/Trishna/Padmini are alive he'll want to go after to kill them, then RK & Ballu will interact once again but this time RK will be in support of Madhubala to save her life from Evil Ballu!!

This is my presumption!
