What is wrong in Madhubala?
You just cant relate to the characters the actors are potraying,this is the prime reason behind Madhubala's dreadful performance and pathetic stats.
I mean look at everyone except Vivian,I mean they sound and look too artificial.
One of the fellow fans suggested me to write something which can help the makers,I know they wont even read it or get to read it becoz India forum is not that keen to pass on feedbacks to makers,infact makers of show dont even count India forum and the views expressed.
But I still salute India forum and thank them for giving a platform for fans to express.
Apart from the characters and their build up it is the disgusting manner in which the episodes are presented and the story narration is done.
I am bothered about Drashti Dhami and just her...
Her character may develop into someone very strong in the future,may be now it is too early and this is just the beginning of the long journey Madhubala is supposed to travel,but till the time she begins her journey or increases the pace the fans will give up,the show will be history and Drashti wondering where did she go wrong.
She went wrong in underestimating her "Star value" and what she turned to after Geet.
Afterhaving worked with super sensation Gurmeet in Geet as "Maaneet" she was nothing less than Juliet or dream girl for her fans.
What she ends up doing is land with "Mukund" in Madhubala.
It is something similar to what Madhuri Dixit did in 95 after the super hit Hum aapke hain kaun her next film was with Sanjay Kapoor in Raja and the only attraction of that movie was the song "Ankhiyan milayoo kabhi ankhiyan churayoon" and the audiences were like
"Plzzz nooo Madhuri for god sakes dont do it again...''''''''''
Look at the show Madhubala and you feel what nonsense its better I switch to "Tarak Mehta ka oolta chashma" and that is what is actually happening.People are simple browsing channels and end up on the comedy show.
I am sure even DD's maasi must be doing this whom DD considers her best critic.
Earlier she was Maan ka Ishq aur Maan ka Junoon and Common yaa...after having seen her grow from quiet and lovely Geet to Maan ki Geet why would one love to watch her grow from Mukund ka Ishq to RK ka Junoon.
Same old stuff but this time its two different men.
What is so special they are going to show in the journey of Madhubala from just Madhubala to "The Madhubala".Atleast the present track does not promise future is exciting.
They fooled by giving the title similar to a famous actress and many got excited about possible real life story been shown on TV.
I dont know why Drashti chose to do Madhubala but I certainly know I am not liking her as Madhubala and I am very true to myself and my superstar DD when I say that.
The only two suggestions which I can give
1)Turn to Vivian and Drashti pair as soon as possible becoz your waiting game and Mukund and his mother track is getting into nerves of viewers.
The actor playing Mukund deserves someone else but not DD and the track involving them will offcourse not appeal for too long and it is evident in the performance results.
2) If Gurmeet can be seen Jhalak then he can be definitely seen in Madhubala.
Bring him and feel the "Maaneet Magic" in Madhubala...your TRP's will shoot and reach before Kalpana Chawala reaches the space.
If nothing of this sort can be done then sit down and think yourself how you can make Madhubala interesting if not what you had expected and we had expected it would be.
