it might be bcoz it's title is nomination list

there was registration before also. I have voted before by registering as well as without registering also.

Again today I was able to vote with registrtaion for the same e-mail address I voted before. So are they accepting multiple votes with registering also.

I will try one more time with the same e-mail.

Still it seems not final voting list. Becasue they ahve mentioned before they will select 6 or 7 names in every category. Still there are lot of people.
