Actually there is a strong message... In a 1961 society where females were even more suppressed tan today especially in smaller towns a woman gathered enough courage to escape the abuse to save her unborn girl child. Infact she went back for her other girl child and managed to get her out of that degrading environment.

As for the show it self... Before bashing it why not get full details. The show is abt an ordinary girl who is drawn into the showbiz world unwanted to her...

I can't wait to watch the 1st episode... Loved the update now waiting for it to air in UK
