Maddam Sir - EDT #1 - CLOSED! - Page 68

It pains me a great deal to say this , but someone has to;

I feel like Maddam sir has run it's course....the show lost it's charm a while back , the cases are not entertaining anymore , not that it's the writers fault , it's 💯 Sony SAB's fault of making 6 episodes per week instead of the usual 5...so in the hurry of writting the episodes the show has lost it's essence somewhere...I feel like this show still has a good 100+ episodes , but any more than episode 600 would meet the same fate as TMKOC is going through right now and I don't want my favourite show to go through that...it'll be sad to see the show ending , I'm writing this post to mentally prepare myself for what's about to come probably in a year or two...even now I feel like I want to take a break from this show but I'm just waiting for ep 500 knowing that the makers would give us an explosive track ( even mission beherupiya started from ep 451) so I'll hang on to the show until ep 500/510 and then I'll take a brief break from this show but I'll be back.......I love this show and the amazing cast and crew behind it and a part of me wishes that this show could continue for the next 4-5 years for them but idk the recent episodes and cases have left me disheartened...I'm not blaming the creatives in any way because we at this forum are aware about the ammount off effort they put in to make a single scene let alone a episode , they work so hard in such a tight schedule but what's hard work when fans get disconnected from the show? It's a waste of energy for the cast and crew to put so much effort in a sinking ship and I wish they would move on to bigger and better roles where they can broadern their horizons....I won't be saying all this but the cracks in this well crafted show is already evident : Cheeta became obsessive , Pushpaji+santu+cheeta collectively dumbed down during cc track and beherupiya track , increase in Billu's physical harrasment , KS became too dependant on her Maddam sir to solve cases that she barely functions on her own anymore , Pushpaji KS nokh jhok becoming borderline insensitive these days , HM ( her apology and MPT members outrage was completely glossed over) I feel like every show has it's natural stopping point and Maddam sir is nearing it...I'll still be watching the show but this has to be said , like I said before I'm mentally preparing myself for the day when it's going to be announced that Maddam sir is going to be pulled off the air...

I'll miss this amazing cast and crew ( hope that doesn't happen for atleast a year....fingers crossed)

If he's 40 and he's been manipulating for 36-38 years that means since he was 2/4 years old? I can imagine him manipulating KS for getting extra candies at that age 🤣🤣🤣

I think he turned negative after the sagai track , I think that's when his undercover cop dad was murdered ( bakshi sir told him during sagai episode that an undercover cop's life is at stake so I guess he was talking about Anubhav 's dad who was murdered at that point)

No they're not complete fools , just naive...

I don't know if anyone else feels the same but I have started enjoying this new Haseena. Calling Badnaam's chai zeher openly, that discussion on cricket and calling that particular player her Mohabbat", A different expression on seeing Puspa ji's antics (less of embarrassment, more of, "yeh nahi sudharengi"), calling Cheetah Chaturvedi, Cheete and so on... She has become a bit vocal and I love it. I have started warming up to her again. The upgraded version feels nicer to see and hear

Karishma's constant irritation to Nawab-Pushpa Ji's equation and her continous taunts 🤣 Who would say Karishma is daughter-in-law of Pushpa Ji. They tease each other like friends do.

So Iqbal was the reason this case got complicated even more than it already was 🤦

Unintentionally yes! His words instigate the MS fans and made them feel they are being subjected to inequality. But it was not his fault. It was a general question anyone would have asked seeing the poster

Other scenes like Billu nodding scene when HM asks if everything was alright and her dialogue "theek hai zeher peeke aajana" 🤣

I found complete scene to be adorable. Karishma and Billu nodding their head giving completely opposite response to Haseena's question, Karishma trying to cover up, Haseena addressing Badnaam's tea as 'zeher', everything looked good. Slowly Kareena are progressing now but still they have long way to go

Pushpaji calling those fans as bachha weirded me out a little "konse angle se bachhe lag rahe the?"...those CSK and RBC fans looked well over 30 especially that main guy from MS fanclub...

She might have thought they are just crazy fans and meant no harm. And which adult with his sane mind would publicly fight for a game?

I didn't like the way Chita was forcing santu to drink that juice 😡

Tbh I kind of felt digusted ( I know I'm sounding harsh and it hurts me to say this about someone as good as Cheetah) at that particular scene. By whose permission was he trying to drink from same glass that too at same time when Santu's attention was somewhere else. I just hope Cheetah's love doesn't turn toxic. He doesn't seem to be ready to face rejection

The way santu was yelling at the fans throughout the episode 🤣🤣🤣🤣 . She channeled her inner Karishma Singh...

Santu's bhaukaal makes her look so cute

Loved the RRR refrence ( naatu naatu dance step by those fans)

I also liked how Karishma Singh was ready to gift poster of Kohli to Haseena even though she didn't like him and how Haseena congratulated Karishma when her favorite player won the match. This is called sportsmanship and a healthy relationship, respecting each other's choice.

I particularly like the issue addressed. These fan wars are really very toxic an disturbing. More than appreciating their stan, people are more obsessed with degrade reputation of opposite party. Whether it's about an actor, character or player, people are just not ready to welcome a different opinion. It's compete fine to have your stan. It's also completely fine to dislike the opposite one. Everyone has right to tjeir choice. But downgrading someone or their fans just because their view is different is not healthy. These fan wars are always there in Maddam Sir fandom as well, especially between Anuseena vs Kareena fans

In the guise of giving dialogues to the fans the writers insulted both MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli...those dialogues felt wayyy too extreme...

The dialogues were harsh but the exact words peope use for Kohli and MS. Kohli was always termed as aggressive where as Dhoni is always asked for resignation. People sitting in AC room with a big TV screen infront of them are the one who teaches a player how to play

We share the same feeling di. I'm loving this Haseena Mallik. I won't say more than the original one but of course not less as well.

Old Haseena Mallik had her own charm. I'd look upto her for an inspiration but this Haseena Mallik is much more adorable. I can't choose one. If coming to Kareena's equation, we need new one but if I talk about Haseena as an individual, I really can't choose one.

When she called Cheetah as 'Cheete', I was trying to remember if she ever addressed him as even Cheetah. It was always Cheetah Chaturvedi. The blush on her face while calling her favorite player has her 'mohabbat' made me smile. And my favorite scene of this new Haseena is when Pushpa Ji was teasing her about Urmi and the expression she had while saying 'acha, woh kyun.

If I did not like any part of Haseena then that was Urmi after memory loss. Urmi as an individual was great and strong character with her own flaws but it didn't settle well with me seeing her as part of Haseena. Only if she was not Haseena, perhaps I'd have loved her. But I could just like her.

Seriously I felt like laughing throughout today's episode....it was like I was watching a Desi version of Seinfeld...such a small misunderstanding led to such a big ruckus , and that's the plot of pretty much every Seinfeld episode (except for the betrayal episode)...

Wow toxic fans at thier peak...

I wonder somehow the real MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are watching this...if they are what would be thier reaction?
