Brooooooo,..... mere khushi ke aasu rukh nahi rahe hai tumhe dekh ke...
ek tu hi yaar meraaaaa 😭😭😭
Wow 2 years already? Damn time flies when you love a show so much! Of course my only issue is Chulbul Pandey, but chalo koi baat nahi. Uske eliva baaki sab first class hai.
Two years have gone by in a blink of an eye!! I still vividly remember scrolling through my youtube recommendations when the first episode popped up and I thought, interesting. to my surprise, it stared Bhavika in it so, of course, I gave it a try. it was one of the best decisions I've made as maddam sir now my comfort show.
this is one of the shows that will stick with you throughout your life even if you try to get rid of it. there is a charisma around it that lures a viewer.
we have laughed, cried, smiled, felt angry, frustrated and wronged when any of these characters were. if any of them got hurt, we'd be the ones shedding buckets because we feel that pain. when they won, we'd be the ones celebrating. when they were happy, we were overjoyed.
Haseena Malik- I am not a fan of hers and sometimes she gets on nerves. BUT, I admire her ability to hold her beliefs and ideologies close to her no matter the situation. it's been a factor that has been looked down on more than once and she had paid the price for always keeping them as her top priority. yet, she doesn't waver. she lost her father who was her guide and inspiration at a young age. but somehow, the wisdom he left behind steels her in the storm brewing around her. Although sometimes she doesn't know how to communicate with them, she loves her team and tries to keep them out of harm's way.
Karishma Singh is a free-spirited, dauntless and courageous woman. she doesn't care who the opposing party is because the only thing that matters to her is justice- "der se mila insaaf bhi na insaafi khelata hai.". this is the kind of confidence that inspires people- the one that teaches us to stand up for what is right. along with the roughneck deposition, we witness her compassion. she has faced struggles growing up but kept preserving on to fulfil her dreams. she has been betrayed in such a brutal way that the idea of friendship makes her anxious. we've seen her vulnerable more than once, and there hasn't been a single instance where I could not relate to her. I understand that frustration, anger and pain. Despite all, she loves with the intensity of a tigress, protects like a mother bear and is posseive of the people she cares about. the Karishma we saw in episode one has come a long way and has grown so much!
Santosh Sharma, hamari maasumiyat kai dhukan, is arguably my favourite of the lot. if there is one character who has developed the most in these two years, it's her- fight me. this youngest member of MPT is often confused, too innocent for her own good, lacks a filter when speaking and does the most hilarious things that make me fall on the floor laughing. however, when the situation demands it, she straightens her back and becomes the most mature. her childhood and adolescent years are nothing short of traumatic. deprived of education to the point of wanting to commit suicide, harassment, family pressure- she has faced it all and more importantly emerged victorious. she fought for her right to education, pursued a career of her choice, did not succumb to family pressure and overcame her phobias and horrifying past experiences to become this strong, steadfast and brave person we see today. she keeps the child in her alive and motivates us to never give up no matter what the predicament is because it's a phase and we will come out stronger than before. Her seniors are her inspiration and we see her embodying both of them in various situations. she doesn't fail to support her family when they need it; be it in terms of emotional support or through her tech expertise. MPT is incomplete without this bubbly person whom everyone endearingly calls santu/santu Ji.
Pushpa Ji is the optimistic mother figure and glue of MPT. sorry! I mean choti didi. Abhi inki umar hi kya hai, dekha hi kya hain inhone zindagi main XD. she never fails to entertain us. she may argue, fight and quarrel with her daughter in law but she loves her to the moon and back and I would even go so far as to say more than her own son. she treats the entire team like her family and is their biggest supporter/partner in crime. when they need a little scolding to set them straight, she does it so caringly that I go "aww". when they need a shoulder to cry on, she is there. when they need to vent, she listens to them. her overacting may leave the rest distraught but we find it cute as hell. she lost her husband years ago and while that is sad, every time she recalls him it's with a smile. she has shown us that loss is a part of life, but we cherish the good times with them and live peacefully. Sonali Ji, take a bow.
Cheetah Chaturvedi- the definition of an unconditional lover. it is so pure and beautiful. he respects her wishes, treats her as an equal and doesn't force her to reciprocate his feelings. hell, he was willing to change himself just for Santosh. yes, he was lazy and irresponsible initially but like everyone else, he has grown to become a responsible and sincere police officer. he respects the people around him and makes them laugh too. he is an amazing, loyal and goofy friend and person that anyone would be lucky to have in their life.
all of them come from different walks of life and yet, like puzzles pieces fit so well together. every bond on this show holds a unique place in my heart. yes, there is no denying that there are some flaws that can not and should not be overlooked. however, that is not to say that it doesn't inspire, encourage and motivate people. it does and I've found myself turning to these fictional characters during my worst.
I guess what I really want to say is, thank you, to the entire cast adn crew of this amazing show which made my bad days better, gave me a reason to smile and for making me a better person.

I love Chulbul's hawaldaar. Itni shiddat se beizatti karta hai woh apne jija ji ki. 🤣

ooohhhh... don't give me such ideas.... I'd love to do that but didn't wanna upset Anuseena fans on a special occasion. 😆😆 Plus Rahil is an amazing actor. I haven't seen him in any other shows but I can see he does justice to his scenes in the show despite his character graph being all wonky and confusing. 😊
Par koi baat nahi, we can see him like the way you stated. 😉😉

He's the only one who makes Chulbul worthwhile. Warna he would be only annoying and irritating to the core. Banda suspend hota hai aur phir bhi wapas aa jaata hai mahila police thane ki band bajane.
