I have full faith in our customs , traditions, religions and God. Am surprised to see how isthat on such an auspicious day, with so much of festivities going around, with all the chants inthe air, the brother in law is so fearless of God that he made avni drown (almost). Of course the good is that the mom in law is now aware of her real feelings for Avni, Bhaskar has rediscovered his love after the kiss with the death and the rich dad is found. But did the devil get his share of punishment - no. Why can't our soaps be like real lives where the empathies are still there in human minds and the nature ( God's ways) is suchthat we do bhogo the phal of our bad karma... something so not shown in the TV and then one day all of a sudden all is forgiven and forgotten in a few minutes of the show.

I understand your viewpoint as in some ways i can relate to that through the objective viewpoint and stance of shows such as this! Although many of the shows on Starplus and many other channels try to reflect life I would say that this show does the best job of doing so! For the sake of harmony and peace Bhasker allowed his brother in law Prabhu to remain in the house after he stole the necklace, i think that is commendable of anyone to do that and indeed many other people have to live with that.

The themes that underpin the show is indeed forgiveness and understanding of human desire and emotions, but it also therefore has to encompass the other side unfortunately. Greed, selfishness, ego, anger are not easy to watch but are faced in life on a daily basis by all of us! The theme of the show with the attempted murder during such an auspicious time was indeed shocking, but it made the reality of life more believable. Did you know that during the largest festival in india every year at least three people are murdred with out no one ever knowing!

I wish we did live in an ideal world where we all understood the relevance of Karma and as jesus said "as you so so shall you reap" as well as the Gita and Koran and all the scriptures say! We clearly don't but watching the villains get their just deserts has also always been a favourite aspect of this show! Prabhu will have to learn just like everyone else has to and he will end up begging for forgiveness! The question will be should Avni give it to him? Such an interesting show!😊

superliked your reply to my post. As much as I have seen this drama, I have liked Avni to be smart, intelligent and undersatnding ofthe depth ofthe relations. Unlike many other soaps, she tries to question the wrongs and also shows maturity in dealing with them. Hopefully, there will be a mature way to handle Prabhu's wrong doings in the coming episodes.
