mahi has to change cuz after marriage she has to do what her husband wants her to do...i mean shabd loves her and thats enough ...if she will do what shabd says then he too later will do what she says.....first she has to be like him then only he will listern to her...

ummmm...I dont agree...sorry...I get d part that when she & Shabd has a close rel'ship-luv,respect,trust,etc. then he will listen to her but I dont think she has to change or compromise her values for him jus b/c he's her husband...
I know a lot of girls will disagree w me...b/c husbands r considered so highly in India...so sorry jus my pov...

i don't agree too if two person luv each other and and want to stay together wht the heck is tht, they have to change for some stupid reason if he loves her than i don't know why the heck his telling her to change her self

frankly i agree with you..cmon why cant it b shud who shud take the initiative???? i mean why cant husband wife b considered at an equal level????? well according to me not one person has to change but both a little..if both of them try to understand each other then this marriage can b successful ..for instance..if mahi can attend shabd's wild parties as a modern girl..shabd too can celebrate all the traditional festivals with mahi ..
