I couldn't stop myself commenting on the foolishness of Soni's character shown in Maayka serial (the episodes aired in US right now!!).
I am so angry 😡.. how can someone be so foolish and stupid that they get their husband married to a gal who they have known only for weeks??? That too when the husband and everyone else is the family is shown that they are hurt so much by this.... Also their own sister who has been with her in thick and thin, she is not listening to her ........... How can an educated girl be like this.
How the "Waris" becomes so important - and this serial is showing that adoption is NOT an option - whereas all of us should encourage showing that adoption is an option and you can give family and good upbringing to kids who are orphaned. I wish the creatives had taken that message and moved it forward with such a popular serial - rather than showing such a stupid drama.
For me, this is the most illogical character sketch that I have seen in our serials so far.............
