Geet's family agrees to send her to Mumbai but after they learn the truth about Manju's boyfriend, Daarji refuses to let Geet leave for Mumbai. However, Kulmeet protests and shows complete faith in his daughter. He finally convinces Daarji that Geet will never let them down, to which the latter relents. She is then allowed to go to Mumbai. On one hand, she is thankful to her father but fears that Bua, who is trying to learn the truth, can ruin her plans. Geet, who is leaving for Mumbai feels guilty as her family has shown faith in her and she is letting them down. Geet deliberately leaves her diary back with Amreek while boarding the train, in which she has written about her plans for Mumbai. Bua gets her hands on that diary and is excited to show it to everyone. She reveals that Geet has fooled everyone in the family. Will Geet finally manage to go to Mumbai or will Bua succeed in thwarting her plans?
