First two characters being sacrificed by the track - Page 2

@ Anjana - Sorry dear, but i am disagree about boys. No matter what, how much they were/are busy, but first its their responsibility to take care of their mother. I never got this pathetic idea that all responsibility is daughter in law's. Why on earth bahu has to do everything? I could understand that Damz is oldest 1, and responsible. She took the responsibility on her shoulder, but son's shouldnt had to be back of their responsibility. Where on earth husband day and night sitting with the preggy wife? You should have to take care, but come on go and check things with ur mom health. Anyways sorry if i over reacted, but i never like these kind of ideas or believes that women has all responsibility, and special bahu, such a pathetic idea. Remember girls dont ever let ur bahu's to do everthing, its not their responsibility at all. If they cares u or help u in anything, just appreciate them. Dont forget ok? Muniza

Its HIGH time that I vent out my frustration on watching y'day's epi ! 🤢 🤢 🤢 Damini Ahhh .... I seriously dont know whats happening ! We certainly dont like this shade of hers which is so vulnerable ! 😡 😡 Typical Bt flashes in yesterday's epi in the case of Damini :

• Damini acting like the TYPICAL Parvati of Kahaani Ghar ghar ki or Tulsi of Kyunki ! 😡 😡
• Damz trying to reveal the truth to Avni and Rosh .... Thats not BT-ish but the part when Avni interrupts and I was like ' Great ! Now starts the game of ' Hide and 'cry' ' ... How utterly lame ! '
• the most hilarious part was GB striking back with her conscience speaking to her by appearing on the mirror ! C'mn creatives ! Tumhein yeh sab gise pithe scenes likhne ke liya paise kaun dete hai ... You could have shown Dam talking to herself and analysing the Pros and Cons herself ... bechaare Damini ke conscience ko disturb karne ki kya zaroorat thi ??🤣
• The great charlie Chaplin in thi whole story was the murderer. He must be saying this !

Agree wid all u guys.......Urgh!!!!!i hate the cv's for Killing Sam and Damini's character!!!!!😡 😡 😡These two r probably the best characters i have seen on indian Television I dnt want too see Sameer turning into a baddy againa nd Damini....where is dat strong woman i used to like and admire...Really cv's u r turning her character into just another BT bahu... Please stop doing dis to Sameer and Damini!!!!!!!

Mru, am so with you on your reflections...on the show and the characters....

For me the show that we all fell in love with is dead - dead and buried as of 31^st December 2009.

The new year brought a completely different concoction in the old bottle....its dark, its bitter and its appalling.....

I have given up trying to make sense....

We can discuss the tracks and the situations till the cows come home.....there is no point .....

The writing is on the wall - its a choice u have to make - drink the concoction and slowly let it get to u so much that it becomes an addiction or you ditch the bottle for a better one...or no concoction at all....and move on..

Abt the two characters - well Damini is no longer Damini Gujral....she is the BT Damini Saxena... so in comes the scheming mauis and nanads.... in comes the horrendous expressions, the crocodile tears, the gory bg music, the mirrors and the inner voices....ha ha...what is left of Damini Gujral anyway...Gujral enterprises is bankkrupt and GM is no longer hers either....she is just a shadow of her past.....

Sameer - have always wondered why he never spent time with his mom, he never spoke to Avni of her..they never took any of the 'usual' ashirwads....but then its not him to be blamed....its the makers and as u rightly pointed out they were busy scheming with the antagonists on - "The fall of the Gujrals " ....I did mention this in one of the other posts.....we can only brush these aside a those oh so many bloopers we have seen....

So here am joining u in the matham...dressed in white (BT ishtyle rubbing on me too 😆)

Push comes to shove will switch on the TV at 9.30 pm IST everyday and let it run for 30 mins....thats the best I can do to help - in the name of the show that it was once upon a time - seriously if this continues....

Mru totally agree with mru and the POV of most of us who posted their views.

Just to add:
The whole essence of the show was the 6 characters that were so different from each other.Each one had its own flavor which made me hooked on to the show right from day 1. But today the characters seem to have changed so much… I especially agree with the 2 that u have mentioned

Damini: The first promo with damini on toofan and the whole tussle between Prithvi and Damini was what attracted me to the show. Slowly these characters became my favorite especially Damini. She epitomizes today's women. She was strong, intelligent, stubborn but knew herself well. She had been part of the whole business scenario and done well for herself. The way she cud handle a gun and the discipline she had was never seen before on Indian Television. Right from what she wore to how she spoke Damini was a character of the 20th century.Yes she did hav a vulnerable side but that was only cos she was protective of her family and had basic family values like love and concern for them. With prithvi entering the scenario things just changed for good. The way she inspected each of the bodyguards just showed how much precision she worked with. Each scene was a delight to watch. The way she wud argue with prithvi about the whole boy vs girls was so much fun.Remember those cold stares she gave to sameer when Savni were getting married as like saying u better take care or I'll screw ur life.. That's the damini I liked. She was the superwoman then.

But since the past one month her character has changed upside down.She no longer stands for herself. She is always sorry for things when she is not even wrong. Where did all the rhona dhona come from?She liked honesty cos that how she was blunt yet honest. With the whole BT stye of main aur meri tanhai style of conscience speaking………. Pls guys don't treat us with this……….good vs evil talk…… n now with this GB showing its ugly face every other time even when Pri is around she may just not be herself the original charming Damini I once knew….

Sameer: I miss the old love guru Sameer giving tips to his bhaiyya saying " Aaaj bhabhi kuch nahi bolengi" .. giving those cute tips to rosh to pataofy Varun……. I miss his nautanki..Wasent he the same one who told against Prithvi saying what is Avni's child was affected aren't they also our family……and now he is like somepeople have become more important than our mother. Somewhere he was showed as a person very impulsive.. but if u were to show him so attached to his mom I guess they should have shown atleast one scene with veggie together to justify the whole rage that sameer suddenly seems to have written all over his face.Sameer character was loosely handled … all thanks to the CV's.. hope they love their own created characters which we loved so much

yeah damini and sameer are my fav two characters..... they used to be refreshing ,first time on telly, realistic and very classy...i wished they remained the same but they are buthchered in the most possible worst way.
Damini: i appreciated damini from the start for her excellent atitude, individuality and hot-spirit and now c.v's took her character completely to trash. A strong woman who handled a thousand crore business empire can't get the end of three bafoons????.i would hav felt better even if avni is in such emotional hatyachar mess instead of damini since avni is weak enough for me to believe.
sameer: i don't hav words remaining to say anything...never felt this sad for a fictional character in my life. only dumbledore's death upset me this much😕
