Here Is The Update For 26th February, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
The Episode begins with the Cadets at the mess hall and Markhand has some words to exchange with Akrithi and she is bit down but not out. And says although she lost her arm wrestle, she is still tough to fight it out in the army.
Peter arrives with the news of Rummy's punishment and Markhand needs to be explained and sort of translated. Which Peter with bit of struggle explains the punishment of "Upside Down World".
As Peter describes the sequence in detail, with bit of light heartedness and fun, Vidya recollects some scenes where some one is being hoisted upside down and feel faint and ill. As Peter finishes his description, Vidya leaves the Mess Hall.
Vidya as she climbs down the stair case feels very ill and nauseated and sits on the stairs.
Purvi is shown crossing the landing and climbing down the stairs. She finds Vidya in dizzy condition and calls out to Vidya and enquires if she is alright, to which Vidya responds to say she is fine and would join her in a minute or two at the grounds.
As Purvi leaves, Vidya cries.
At the Grounds near the tree the preparation is on and Rummy is there with his Dreamy Smile. As the rope and other things get underway to Make Rummy go upside down, Vidya once again gets an attack of recollection of some one being made to undergo similar sequence, only difference is in Vidya's recollections, in Rummy's case to tie him up rope is used where as in the recollections a iron chain is being used, rest appear the same.
Later Rummy is hanging from the tree, upside down and rope supporting and tied at his ankles. And the smile is on his face and few glances exchanged, in between , by Purvi and Rummy.
At some point while these events are going on, Peter and Markhand have an exchange of words, like Peter is not feeling bad about Rummy's condition, says that now Rummy's world is right side up. For he was always seeing things from an angle of upside down. But Markhand is concerned and says that does not Peter have any Humaneness about him. Hearing this Major Vaibhavi disperses them.
Then the scene is that the cadets are moving about and somewhere they hear moaning and painful sounds.
Later they find Vidya lying on the ground, among the tall dried grass – which is mostly used in making thatched roofs.
Vidya is hallucinating and crying painfully, " Please Let Him Go … Let Him Go .. Please … "
Akrithi cradles Vidya's head on her lap and Purvi Massages Vidya' arms, palms .. fingers, feet, etc. Akrithi also calls out for somebody to get Doc Shalini.
At the infirmary Doc Shalini is in business and gets Vidya under sedatives and tells, Purvi and Akrithi, Vidya might be having a psychological problem or a disorder. This case is rare. And warns the girls to keep it under wraps as Major Sharma might want to know why a medical problem was not mentioned or kept secret. Girls understand and agree to the advice.
Mean while Vidya's hallucinations continue and there is a small scene where she is with her parents and telling them she wants to join the Army and it is in her blood. Her father is trying to dissuade her.
At Some point Abhimanyu and Gunny watch Rummy, the fixed smile is present and Purvi is also present but at a distance. Rummy has a smile to Purvi. the dream sequence takes place, Purvi running in to hand over the cards and lightly touch is face.
Abhimanyu says the smile might have a different meaning and Gunny says may be.
As Doc Shalini opens the door there is an orderly outside, he informs them Akrithi is wanted by Captain Abhimanyu.
Outside Gunny talks to Rummy and advises Rummy to apologize and be done with it. Rummy has only the smile as an answer.
Akrithi Reports to Abhimanyu and Abhimanyu tells Akrithi she has overconfidence and arrogance, so he gives her a bicycle and points to a distant spot and informs her that beside a Church there is a place where they sell good bread and she has to get it in a certain time limit. Akrithi speeds off, Abhimanyu has stopped the clock and started the timer.
In the boys dormitory Markhand is agitated and Peter listening to music or some other thing with his ear phones. Markhand finally gets those ear phones out and tells Peter to do some thing, like their friend and fellow cadet is in trouble and suffering, Peter is not worried and says what could they do and then Markhand says that they could go out there and support and give company to Rummy.
Akrithi returns, Abhimanyu sitting on the Jeep. Akrithi hands over the bread and Abhimanyu smells, feels and tells Akrithi bread is not fresh. Akrithi tries to argue but fails to convince Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu says if she could Apologizes and be humble, she could go, but Akrithi says that Saying Sorrys, and thank yous are not her cup of tea. And speeds off.
Rummy upside down, and his Father, Major General , with Gunny and the rest are there.
Gunny tells the Major General that Rummy had it enough and if he is still on the tree, Rummy may have brain haemorrhage.
Major General and Rummy have a face off and the Major General asks Rummy to apologize, this request is repeated and Rummy still smiles. He closes his eyes and his pack of cards falls and he catches the cards. Puts them back into his pocket. But not before a kiss on the cards.
Major General raises his voice and repeats his plea.
Rummy keeps smiling and closes his eyes and says " Queen Of Hearts ".
Episode Ends on a shocked face of the Major General.
