Written Update For 6th Feb, 2008, LRL Ep

Here Is The Update For 6th February, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.


Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-


Scene is early morning at the K M A Academy. Major General Guar and Major Vaibhavi having their morning jog. Major Vaibhavi is voicing her opinion that cadet Purvi is weak structured as she lost conscious after being hit by a stone and would not be able to withstand the tough regiments, trainings of the Army, therefore Purvi should be removed from the Academy. The Major General differs from her view and says that Purvi had come through a selection process and should be given the opportunity to train, and more over if there was and were mistakes made while selecting, then it was for the Academy to correct the mistake by making a fragile person a tough and strong Soldier.


At this point Naina appears and there is exchange of greetings and the Major General tells Naina that he had heard lots about her and her exploits. Then he asks about her posting and Naina says she is leave today and it was good to have met her. Meanwhile he sees Gunny at his jog routine at a distance, and advises Naina at times she might miss her home and family but the Country always comes first. All this while Major General Guar's eyes was fixed on Gunny.


Then Major says he needs a favour from Naina and invites her to jog with him and the Major.


Scene then shifts to the girls, Vidya gets up, and wonders if she ought to wake up Akrithi too. She imagines that if she did so, Akrithi might beat her up. Finally she wakes her up, Akrithi is her aggressive self , if ever Vidya wakes her up in her sleep … Akrithi ends up pointing a finger at Vidya.


Scene then shifts to boys room with Peter up and doing his morning push ups with other two still in the bed. Later Makhan wakes up, while Peter has already finished bath and getting dressed Makhan Prepares to go and have his bath.


Over at the girls room Vidya finishes her bath and all dressed, with the case of Akrithi she is dressed up but still brushing her tooth. Vidya is surprised and says that it is the first day of the training and drill, why would Akrithi not want have a bath. Well Akrithi defines the Drill in her point of view and understanding. That drill means running, perspiring, getting muddied and soiled. At the end of it all having a bath makes sense to her.


Vidya after a pause and silence, in her own way gets back at Akrithi to say that having a bath twice would Akrithi's skin peel away. ! ! ! Akrithi is lost for a retort.


Back with the boys, Peter picks up his guitar and makes up a mock song and Rummy tries to kiss him, A perturbed Peter lets the guitar down, And Makhan steps on it, then Peter goes after Makhan and Rummy becomes the peace maker by telling Makhan to be careful to look where he is walking and to Peter he advises that he should not throw his things around.


Then Peter asks about Rummy's attempt to kiss him. Rummy explains he was dreaming of his Queen of Hearts, The Girl at the Garden.


Scene shifts to the open area where Rummy tries to know where why Purvi is not around. When they see the captains arrive the cadets take their positions. Captain Gunraj and Captain Abhimanyu introduce themselves, their name, specialization, teaching subject area, and their position. Gunny tells his name and he is there to teach and train them in guerilla warfare and Abhimanyu tells his name, and train them in advanced weapon, and he is the Vice Principal.


Rummy speaks up to say the cadets are not in full strength, and says his Dad said that unity and fellow cadets / soldiers should be together when Gunny has this flash back of the Major General's talk with him.


Gunny continues to talk and says that the cadets are like pack of cards and jokers needed to be trained to be a soldier. Gunny later in the course of his lecture asks for a volunteer, everyone is silent and Rummy slumps to the Ground. Gunny notices this and has that flash back of the Major General's unusual request. Then Gunny asks Rummy to step out. Akrithi remarks that here too boys gets the first chance. Abhimanyu tells Akrithi she is supposed to speak only when spoken too. Akrithi respond now that she is spoken to, could she now, Abhimanyu says yes, Akrithi offers herself as a volunteer, and there is amused smile on both the captains. She is asked to step out. Akrithi does so.


Scene then turns to the Infirmary with Purvi. Naina comes in with a bouquet. Wishes Purvi well and shares mutual admiration for each other, when Naina mentions Purvi being the face of the year, Purvi is sad, and Naina asks her to explain. Purvi says all look at her face and she doubts her strength to withstand the harsh life of the Army and its training. She does want to be a Soldier. Naina then encourages her with a pep talk. That Purvi is Fragile but strong and unbreakable Like a Ribbon. Also flexible like a ribbon because she has the advantage of being a trained model and be fitted around many situations with out breaking unlike the others who are ordinary people needed care and are inflexible, might break any time.


Naina then says it is important to have a goal and reason to serve the Army and The Country. Again there is a look of hesitation on Purvi. Naina tells he if Purvi wished to say the reason she could do so as the reason would remain a secret with Naina ; as today was her last day at the K M A and would be far away from K M A.


Episode ends on Naina And Purvi's face.
