Everyone is abt to beat udi bt sim dances and udi joins her leaving hu a lost look. And there udi thnks sim for saving his grace and dignity and she says tht with these small things one never loses his self respect.
And finally the clock strikes 12. It's a new year.

Bhargav continues asking naina tht he is still ready to help her if she is willing to go against raj. And she says tht she will do wht he is saying. (Sorry, I have missd this segment)
Udi is in frnt of sim's room and is flattered to see her. He is abt to ask her for the dance bt is tensed to even speak bt says tht he is happy she is accompanying him. She says tht in the party one shd not go alone and thts the reason and udi is trying to ask her to do dance no as said to hu bt is not able to and says tht poo is doing tht no. and goes tensed.
Bh continues asking na whether she will go against raj and tht if he can still trust her inspite being a traitor's sis. She says tht she can't do anything to make him believe her and he says tht a while ago she said tht she will do wht he is saying. And bh continues saying tht if she is willing to go against raj then she had to show this rebellious nature like other cadets in frnt of everyone and then he will give her the required photos which she is in need so badly. Bt she has to prove tht she is against raj completely and there is nothing brewing bet the two. He goes leaving na silent.
There the party begins where everyone is enjoying. Al is kinda bored bt drinks as usual. There ali asks poo not to dance bt she says tht she will even if hu didn't asked her permission of taking the name. There hu is waiting for udi and he appears with sim and everyone is flattered to see her.
Hu thinks tht udi is acting too smart whereas al goes calling for Na.
Udi comes with sim and hu taunts udi saying tht finally udi convinced sim to do the item no and she stands shocked and udi is ashamed. He says tht sim will not do any item no. Hu says tht everyone is waiting for sim's no and tht everyone is waitingfor it. Udi says tht he said it bec he wanted his party to be a big one bt he didn't had an idea of sim's item no. he says sorry to sim saying he never wanted her to get humiliated. And asks her to go.
She leaves. Everyone starts calling udi cheater and is abt to beat him bt hu wants to play a bet on him saying tht he will count five and then they can beat him. Hu starts counting and all r abt to beat udi when sim is on the floors. And everyone looks there surprisingly.
Sim starts doing the item no. and udi stands firm proud. Sim dances on the song frm Don – Aaj ki Raat. Udi joins floors with sim and hu has a lost look. Hu praises udi and udi thnks sim for saving his respect and dignity and she says tht with these things one doesn't lose his dignity and wishes him new year and the clock strikes 12.
