See, first off all I think he is just lieing bcoz he is an intelligent major and not a fool to take such a risk!! He is just trying to prove Rajveer's imperfection in an area he is known to be perfect in!! Bhargav first thinks about the future, calculates or predicts Rajveer's reaction and then does any work, so he would have already guessed this one too and might be using a small trick to confuse him!!

and I think what Major meant abt saying that the landmine is not officialy launched is that....its only used for training....and not fro the wars....I mean that it has been brought to all the academies and the care tackers of the academies....to teach the cadets to handle these landmines....so thats y he said it is not officialy launched....and u all think its a blooper.....I don think so...
