i dont know but i feel that the girl with alekh was not neha...that incident happened during priyanks bassi's b'day party...since he dropped some of his friends home i feel that dr.shalini was with him...

he calls her ''lady lady''..treating her with lots of respect..well just my thoughts though 😉
