Gaurav's wrong turn lands show for Rajeev

Rajeev Khandelwal was not the first choice for Deeya and Tony Singh's forthcoming show Left Right Left. If all had gone as per the original plan of the producers and the channel (SAB), Gaurav Chopra would've played the army guy, which eventually went to Khandelwal.

When contacted, Gaurav was hesitant to talk about being the first choice for Rajeev's role, "I won't deny that I was approached," he began.

Left Right Left did not take off on the date given to Chopra. In the meantime, Chopra got busy with his Hollywood film.

No feedback

"I kept coordinating with the people who mattered. But after a certain point of time, I stopped getting any feedback on the status of the show. Then suddenly one day I got a call asking if I would like to be the sutradhar for the same show."

A days later, Chopra also declined Tony and Deeya Singh's Jabb Love Hua (Zee). "They wanted me to play the second lead, but I did not like the role." In the past few weeks, Gaurav has been flooded with offers. Another one was Twinkle Beauty Parlour (SAB).

i think gaurav too is a good actor bcoz i was jst surfing the channels and happened to watch ADHM and he really acts well. but anyways our rajeev will always be the best and for this role raj was jst perfect.

I havent seen the shows that Gaurav has starred in but he is a nice lad, he was cool on NB but well of course i more glad and grateful tht Raj got LRL.
