Whatever's happened to the 'reclusive' Rajeev Khandelwal? The actor was supposedly off press since he wanted to let his work do the talking. But we'd rather hear him speak now, especially since everything he's touched post Kahiin To Hoga has turned out to be a disaster.
So now we hear that the actor is going around town claiming to have adopted a girl child, who he loves dearly. It's sad to see him try to get publicity out of a sensitive issue like adoption, especially when there are so many actors who have done the same by keeping things dignified. Raveena Tandon, for instance, adopted two girls years ago but we never heard her hog the limelight over it.
We suggest Rajeev get a reality check on his failing career instead of bragging about his kind deeds.

Rajeev has been bearing her expenses for the last 2 years and nobody knew. Doesn't this show he wanted to keep it to himself! How can they say that he is howering for publicity? From where is this article and who has written it????

Look whoever you are Rajeev did not go telling the whole world that he is adopting a child it was somehow disclosed by the media he never gave any statements from his side.Well if Raveena adopted two girls years ago and it was not told how do you know it the media right?same is the case with Rajeev.Raveena is a lady and can adopt children and take good care of them as she can give them motherly love.But being a man what Rajeev has done is a class act as one he is male and second he has a busy shedule third he never went around telling the whole world he adopted a child its the media who did so.we all know that a mother will always love more than a father can so if Raveena has adopted children it was a good thing but not a big deal but Rajeev being a male adopting a girl child and that too being single is fantastic and a great job done.

exactly Rajeev never asked for publicity just because he has adopted a child.

As far as Rajeev being a successful actor sorry to say but he is still remembered as Sujal years after he has left KTH.

I guess you fail to see the titling of every serial where you will see Rajeev's name in every title song direction and graphics and packaging part of production.Rajeev is a man who used to write documentaries and if now you say he is not popular and is luring for puublicity you are wrong.And for your kind info Left right left is doing pretty well.

Can u tell me which paper has carried this article. With so many negative articles against Rajeev, I feel that some ppl are planted just to pass negative remarks on whatever this guy does. They feel that by screaming aloud they will be able to prove to everyone that he made a grave mistake in leaving kahin toh hoga. The fact is that kahin toh hoga maybe running and will continue to run for generations (like all its sister-serials), leap after leap, but it is just an insipid fare. Ever since Rajeev left, Sujal has turned into a mere wooden prop.

Also, I am sure it is these very ppl who are starting the rumours and then putting all blame on Rajeev.

Coming to Raveena Tandon, from the very beginning she adopted her cousin's two daughters it was a known

fact. However, this does not mean she went about tom-toming this news.

A reality check need to be taken by these ppl themselves. If Rajeev was such a publicity seeker, he wld

not have given up a popular character like Sujal and such a big production house. His platter would

have always be filled with fame and money and he could just sit back and lie on his laurels. However he chose to go where his heart is. Some people find it difficult to digest the fact that his popularity has not diminished post-KTH. Or else, Left-right-left, why would he be constantly written about ?.

I was guessing and was proved right. Just saw that Mid-day had published this article. This paper seems to have some personal grouse against Rajeev !!
