OK, here we have Amrita, a nice housewife, an at home mom, very pretty and innocent
BUt isn't this story so relate-able to sooo many women who are at-home moms and just housewives?
I think, somehow, wives are more respected and treasured if they're working.Otherwise most husbands find themselves 'worthless', lazy and unattractive! Not only husbands, children too value their Moms more when they work outside..don't you think so? ''Aap toh khana banati ho, apko Spellings nahiin ati yaa you cannot do these Math, Mom you can't help me with School homework' etc etc haven't most of stay at home Moms faced this situation as they have shown in the movie English Vinglish? At home Moms lack glamour so husbands find baharwali more glamorous n attractive!
As a wife n as a mOm,I do feel after I started working, I developed better confidence, satisfaction and of course is much better appreciated by my family.
I think Amrita or any rich wife should consider going to work, even if it's your family business and apply their education n degree and prove their worth.
Also, If Amrita is wise enough, she should try n not let Prateek get away w this cheating by living in with Neha..after all who'll be losing everything? She and her kids. Come'on Amy, you sacrificed so many years of your life for this?! Make some clever plan to defeat Neha and bring back your husband to you as she also suggested Kushan and Lavanya OR be strong, divorce him and start looking for a job, marry Kabeer! Stop crying buckets like a helpless woman!
