To begin with I am not at all happy with the time slot of 6:30pm..

But the success of Suhani Si ek ladki makes me feel the show can do good at the given time slot...

first of all i am very happy that the show is launching In August and not March or April..

we have only 2 more months to go before winter season comes in..

Suhani si ek ladki got 3plus trps at 6.30pm slot during winters..

during winters people tend to come early and hence trps of shows like suhani, saathiya, thapki, simar increases during that time..

it has been found that late night shows take a hit during winters as none of the shows feature in top 10 during that time...

the show will do well till March for sure if colors promotes it well..

we just need to have a strong story-line to counterattack the rival show...

PS- Maati Ki banno was launched at 6:30pm slot during December 2010..

it flopped because it was not launched at the right time..

YHM was a hit at 11pm slot because Star Plus launched it when summer season was about to come...

if all goes well I see the show doing well and getting trps from 1-1.5 for Colors which is not bad at all.

please give your two cents as well..

Good post Abhi.

I like this kind of positive predictions posts.

I don't know about India. I live outside India..and I am an online viewer. So I don't know about timings there..which is suitible and which isn't.

But I relay on content. IKRS is a show which has a message. It has good chances to work with housewives.

It will be good if workers too have a chance to watch it. As you said SSEL did good in the same timeslot ..so why can't IKRS?

But Colors TV has to promote it well. I am afraid that this channel didn't do a good job in this till now. There is only one promos avialable online. Where is the other one?

Hello @ doremon, for me if the time-slot is wrong, the base is wrong then the starting is also wrong; here the worst is the case. Te the post is related to the period of starting of the show. Well, to me , it doesn't matters me much. Colors has already got deficient in promoting ikrs' in terms of its promos. I just hope that the other techniques of promoting the show like promoting during other shows and reality shows too is done with ikrs'. Generally when a much hyped show ends, the new shows coming in it's time-slot get all the attention. May be from media, the channel promotes it like hell, and the obvious hype from the public it get too. a good example is the ending of shows like JDJ' and BB'. So if ikrs' would have replaced any such kind of shows then the channel; would have bound to promote it, AS IT IS OCCUOPUPYING A PRIME SLOT.

BUT this time, all MR AND HIS SHOW DESERVES A GOOD HOPE, APOSITIVE ATTITIUDE ON ACCOUINT OF THE SHOW. So currently trying to have some positive hopes and praying 4 MR show.

IKRS is obviously targetted as housewives..so the slot is fine.

Nice topicTime slot of 6.30 i 'm not sure about it ...MR isn't for drag show even if he gets 6 months he will be fine😆..colors association means he can participate in jhalak & khatroan ke khiladi ..I feel MR had made wise move ..reality show will get him good exposure & might land a movie 😊or good show

I m 100% sure IKRS will be super hit in this slot..!! Just look at Star Plus they are launching a Brand new show on evening 5:00 Pm Slot. So stop worrying. And the winter logic is perfect. Post August Sunsets earlier and hence audience sticks to TV including housewives. This show is brand new in slot while rival show is quite old. Though Zee show on this slot just finished 1 week and it's TRP will come today. But overall I have that feel good factor seeing the Promos..!! TRP will be in 1.4-1.8 Range for sure
