Naku & Dutta
The phone call continues between them. Naku sobs as she presses the phone to her ear, Saab it's enough! now come back! Dutta replies calmly, Naku I too want to come home too..how is every one? Aye Sahib? Baji? everything's ok in Patil Wadi isn't it? Naku sobs and replies, nothing is right! some people believe you will return ,but others believe you won't! Up till yesterday ,Kala Tai , Leela Tai, Kishore believed you will return ..but Kala Tai feels that you will never return...Saab you come home and remove all their doubts.. Dutta gulps and replies, I too want to return ..come home to you.. but at this moment ,in my job ,who is my friend and who is my foe? its difficult to say..naku sobs ,everything will be fine, you just return.. friend or foe will be clarified.. I will return very soon, he consoles her.. but at the moment it's imperative that I stay in hiding.. I need to plan how to finish off my enemies, after that I'll come home..till then you say nothing to anyone about me! I know it'll be tough for you, but think of this as Bappa's last trial for you ,he warns her. Naku replies , I am not afraid of any tests Saab! where are you? I just want to see you once! I need your support Saab! you are my strength, if I can see you just once! then I'll have the strength to live! come home! and then fight your enemies! Naku sobs over the phone! just let me see you once!
Kala shows up and glares at Naku on the phone! who are you talking to? she asks sternly and Dutta hears her voice over the phone! Naku moves her eyes and glares back at Kala. who repeats, I asked ,who are you talking too?.. Naku muses, should I tell her or not? Dutta taps the phone.. to clear the sudden silence.. then Naku stands up and slithers to Naku, you haven't said who you are talking to? Naku glares at her.. Kala mocks , is it your Saab's phone? Naku replies, yes it is him.. and Kala makes a funny face, whose? Naku repeats, Saab's .. really ?mocks kala. Naku then says, you don't believe me, here talk to him!.. Kala says, hello.. Dutta hears Kala..
Kala repeats, hello! Dutta smiles.. as Kala gives a sarcastic smile to Naku..and says, you joking again? Dutta says, this is not a joke Tai...Kala is confused as Naku's eyes sparkle at the sight of shock confusion! Dutta says to Kala.. yes Tai I am speaking.. Kala asks, Dutta? and he replies, I am alive! yes Tai I am fine.. you look after my Nakusha, Aye Sahib, and everyone else.. I will return soon!.. Kala is gobsmacked.. Dutta hears footsteps, and says, I'll ring again..and puts the phone down.
Naku delights as she sees Kala in anguish.. wrong? Naku asks, the ground shifted from under your feet?thank your lucky stars I didn't tell Bhau about your reality? Kala says defensively,what are you insinuating .. my reality? what do you mean? Naku snubs her ,don't act kalavati! you think I am stupid.. that I don't know that whatever happened to Saab.. you were involved in it?that's why you want everyone to believe that saab is not alive! I am silent due to Aye sahib ! because if she comes to know about you she will be distressed..all are not like you! stone hearted! If Patil Wadi people find out that you tried to harm the one they consider as their brother, son..they will rip you to bits! but don't be frightened Kalavati.. I won't do anything ..now Bappa will deal with you! now what every I command! you will have to obey! Kala looks puzzled and Naku walks to Dutta's picture and picks up her mangulsutra,looks at Dutta's picture and takes her mangulsutra.. and commands,take this and with respect put it on me..if you don't ,then I'll tell Aye Sahib and Saab all about your reality! Kala recalls how she took it off.. and now she has to reverse her action.. with tears in her eyes she puts Naku's mangusutra back around her neck and Naku warns, don't commit the folly of touching me again! what are you planning now? that'll you find Saab and try to kill him again? go ahead.. attack him as much as you will! show as much hatred as you can, and I'll shower as much love as I can! and before your hate my love will triumph! Naku challenges a beaten Kala..and Naku goes off to her room..
Dutta & Seema
Dutta sits on the steps near the phone.. and hears Seema coming down the stairs.. she stands over him.
he turns to face her slightly.. and Seema asks, you here? did you wish to ring someone?with a sour face he replies,no...Seema looks at his stubborn face.. Dutta says, when I don't trust anyone then whom will I phone? Seema replies, I know because of me you don't trust anyone.. what I did is beyond forgiveness... but even so, if I can be given one opportunity to repent.. Dutta stops her, you saved my life! for that thank you.. Seema smiles at his graciousness.. it is I that should say thanks to you ,you have forgiven me..Dutta snubs her immediately.I said thanks for saving my life nothing more ,nothing less. Tell me one thing.. how do you know Chaskar? Seema is taken aback and says, he comes here sometimes ,to listen to songs..but now he'll never come here, because I'll not allow him. Dutta says, he will come here ,most definitely ..and Seema insists..no Dutta! he won't come, I'll stop him! but Dutta snubs her, you will not be able to stop him, you silly girl! so before he gets here again, arrange for me to be taken to an eye surgeon! I want my vision back! can you do this favour for me!? and Seema says, yes sure Dutta! I can do anything for you!.. she says with meaning but Dutta turns away his face.. ignoring any references to the past.
Chaskar &Kala
Chaskar makes fun of Kala when she turns up at his warehouse.. he laughs..so you spoke to Dutta? give me his number too! I'll ask him what it feels's like in heaven? Kala looks unamused at him. Chaskar tells her, have you gone mad? I sent you a CD footage of Dutta's death! with his close up! I think you are frightened that Dutta's ghost will show up to haunt you!.. and this is what Naku 's making use of.. your fear! kala walks towards him and tells him.. I too thought it was some kind of a joke,but Dutta himself told me, it's not a joke ,he's alive, and soon he will return!chaskar laughs, now you keep repeating this , I can't stop myself from laughing!he grabs hold of her hand and says, it's a job of a voice or mimicry artist! Kala pulls her hand back and warns him ,don't ever do this again.. the man who I loathed for years.. you think I won't recognise his voice? he mocks her..look bai Sahib..Chaskar hasn't up till now taken contracts for killings of dead men! so bai Sahib, don't waste my time! you know I have very little time! Kala rasps, you are so full of your self aren't you? looks like the beginning of your end has arrived..just watch your back! she threatens and then walks out of Chaskar's den.
Dutta's den
Naku carries Dutta's photograph and hangs it back on the wall...looks at it and smiles.. then turns to his dresser..takes her pot of vermillion and looks at the reflection of his picture in the mirror and recalls.. how she had asked him if it was really him..? she recalls is voice ,I can't stay away from you Nakusha..my eyes yearn to see you..how he had said in the village and today over the phone...that he would return. she opens her vermillion pot and applies it on her forehead.. and then says, looking at his pictures reflection Saab..you may not wish to come before the world , but I still want to see you.. I want to come to you, I want to hear you!..episode ends Hamlet53 12.9.14
Along the way, Naku too has picked up from Kala, especially the tact of all is fair in love and war bit..
Dutta's angst about betrayal is within his business.. as Chaskar has framed him.. nearly killed him
Naku's reference come home you'll find out who is your friend or foe.. is towards Kala ..whom Dutta least suspects..
Kala is slowly beginning to show signs of further deterioration.. she now sounds mad to her closest people Chaskar in the episode..

Kala's den
Kala returns from Chaskar's adda.. she is clearly disturbed by Dutta's words, yes tai this is Dutta speaking! it makes her afraid.. Naku's words, don't how much you are involved? but that's why you want every to believe Saab is dead! Dutta's words, yes Tai I will return soon..and Chaskar's mocking laughter frightens and belittles her.
Sudarshan comes in and Kala tells him about Dutta's phone call and he says to her ,has you lost the plot and are you joking? Sudarshan after he learns the authenticity of the story .. fears terribly like Kala. Kala mumbles, he's coming back! my game cannot end this way!and that Nakusha she knows everything about me! if she tells Dutta, he'll shot us publically and the whole of Patil Nivas will tear us into little pieces! this cannot be true! Sudarshan phones the doctor ,a physiatrist, for he feels Kala due to stress needs medical attention. Sudarshan says, you are now seeing Dutta's ghost! because your mind is under pressure. Kala complains about Nakusha having the upper hand. Sudarshan say, it's a game Nakusha is playing, a mind game, with us ,Kala tries to convince him, she can make a mistake in recognising her own voice, but his voice she hated all her life , she could never doubt the sound of Dutta's voice. ..so you go now! and trace where the call came from. go! before he gets to us, it's best we get to him! Sudarshan says, fine I'll go but you stay at home don't step out of the house.
Aye Sahib & Naku
Aye Sahib , sits very upset holding Dutta's picture.. missing her son.. she recalls how he had said to her. I'll never leave you.. Naku comes into the room and Aye sahib shows disdain for her. As his mother she cries as she recalls how he begged for forgiveness .. and had said he will always keep her happy. she cries as she clutches and says, Dutta you never kept your promise! you didn't even consider how I would live without you? Naku comes looking concerned for Aye Sahib.. but ayesahib, tells her leave why are you here? you done enough , every day ,every moment you lied to us, I'll never forgive you! Naku confesses, I am not giving you false hope, Saab rang me.. I spoke to him.. aye Sahib refuses to believe and Naku says, Saab spoke to Kala Tai as well, you can check with her to believe that Saab did ring...I promise you that I will bring Saab back... I just need your blessings Aye Sahib.. aye Sahib still blesses her.. despite evidence against her ..
Kala
Kala in panic rounds up rough guys and tells them ,go search every corner of ratnagiri.. I am sure the state he must have been found in? he would have required medical attention! go spread around and check with every..just go! Sudarshan turns up..and tells her he couldn't trace the call.. is she sure she received it? kala yells . I spoke to him he is alive, there's no doubt! She yells at her men like a hysterical woman threatening to kill her men ,if they don't get news about Dutta!..sudarshan insists, Tai , Naku and Baji have already looked everywhere for him!but Kala orders him to continue. She screams. heis alive! maybe you want to be fed to the dogs ! she receives a phone call .. Dutta speaks , yes Tai I am alive! in the back ground she hears the fiendish laughter of Chaskar! she says, you think you will frighten me with your cheap jokes? He replies ,hey bai! you cracked a cheap joke with me and Chaskar and replied it back with a joke! you got scared didn't you? tell you what I know where Bhau is? Kala asks where? and he replies, in my control! He was hiding here so I captured him! Kala says wait, I am coming straightaway! Chaskar further makes a fool out of Kala and can't stop laughing. She warns him watch out all these jokes don't cost you your life. He tells, her watch out my kingship and reign is underway! hence no one can even touch me! kala is irate and cuts him off!
Chaskar
Chaskar uses a pandit to predict his fortune. The pandit tells him ,Chaskar is having a good time, but beware of a woman in your life, who can cause destruction to your reign..
Dutta
Dutta is given laser eye treatment. He wants to open his eyes.. the doctor says he has to wait for an hour for the treatment to work.. Seema too is very impatient. After an hour he is asked to open his eyes slowly. Dutta is asked to open his eyes slowly , he does slowly.. Seema asks doctor who says he has busted the blood clots in his eyes... says success rate is 2 percent.. Seema asks, will he get better be able to see..? the doctor Is hopeful. Dutta is asked to open his eyes.. all wait.. and Dutta stares ahead... episode ends~ Hamlet53 13.9.14.
Naku regains Aye sahibs's trust ..she does the right thing by informing his mother.
Kala shows signs of panic.. she sends out her hounds to search for Dutta .. Naku's prediction to her that she will look for dutta to attempt to kill him yet again comes true. Kala is like a commander in chief, planning a war..
Kala losing her clear vision.. and Dutta being treated for restoration of his vision.
