very nicely said hammie, u should post this on the thread made for her on IF , it will be nice for a lot of people there to read they are feeling so hurt and raw just now, if u post it there they will know her life won' be wasted and something good should come out of it.

RIP India's brave heart daughter. She sacrificed her life to wake us from the apathy and indifference we as a nation suffer. Its a personal and national shame.

RIP to all the unknown rape and abuse victims who have suffered and died in silence..

The whole thing about abuse and violence against women and children is really disturbing. I know it has been existing even before this case but I hope some stringent laws are now put into place soon to punish the offenders and deter other criminals.

Since there is proof against these #$@# they should be publicly executed but not before they are tortured and left to suffer for 16 days. This will also put in fear and atleast prevent some from committing such heinous crimes.

Politicians and police with criminal background (I wonder how many will be left then ) should be stripped of their official posts and should be punished asap in a fast track court.
