good going lardki another interesting post..
well I think he began to love her for several reasons..first to me is the obvious one lardki dekna mein khubssorat nehi... the bane of his life were women with pretty faces koel naku was far from that..
next ,the circimstances that he met her in for the first time , made him feel powerful within himself.. that here he was saving a damsel in distress.So he was aware that he is a bit of a hero in the tiny girl's eyes.
next he loved her because she was fearless and clued on to save his life.
Furthermore, he was smart enough to realize that she had a sense of caring , an innocence about herself , that she was unafraid of him and mostly spoke her mind before him,which all others bar Baji, feared to do before him.
And finally he loved her because he could see that she has a good heart...uhmmmh.. but naku .. this is only just a fraction of reasons why he loved her... thanks for the post .. as ever yours hammie...

he was always in love with her from first time just think why anyone fight for koel nakku and than nakku saved him and than nakku bravity totally impressed dutta and on nakku talking dutta gave chance to supriya and t6han after supriya running he have the hurt that nakku deceived him but not of supriya

I agree with all the points of hammie.. n there was this common element in their lives, both had a history which had scarred them. but naku overcame those hurdles n she was adamant to see dutta too heal his wounds. She could not see a man so pure at heart suffer. This strong conviction n belief drew his attention n he mentioned this a couple of times. It was as if he had forgotten he had a heart n naku reminded him of its existence. She was the one who dared to speak n hear his innermost feelings n pain. She made him realize that he was capable of moving ahead and was worthy of being loved. He was bowled by her simplicity, innocence yet strong convictions.

very good topic... and very difficult to sum up why he fell in love with naku 2bh... but i feel their relationship or shud i say journey of love began from the very 1st eye lock they had in the car... obv it wasnt love at the time bt it was summut deep...something thts hard 2 define...

i cant reali pin point a time wer dutta fell in love...it was a gradual feeling which came abt in the form of friendship...he didnt realise this bt his friendship with naku was his love 4 her... she was the companion he always craved for but he wasnt able 2 realise it becos the "friendship" and "saab/naukrani" rishta acted as a barrier..note hw evn wen they spoke alone...naku never looked at him as a friend...he was always "saab" and as baji rightly pointed out this always was the barrier..the 1 thing tht caused the distance between them... she not onli addressed him as saab bt also saw him as saab as in "master".

dutta never thought he was someone that could fall in love and was onli willing 2 marry supriya becos AS wanted him too, but it was naku that made him realise tht he shouldnt marry jus becos of AS' happiness bt hav faith tht this could be the start of something new... naku made him believe tht he "the gangster and killer he was" stil had the right 2 hav sum happiness in life...to expect love from someone special... he had right to this jus as any other human being does... --this was something he had stopped believing in...he didnt think he could fall in love...he didnt think any1 could fall in love...he thought very low of himself... and then entered a person named naku who thought so high of sum1 who thrt so low of himself... someone that gradually taught him the little things abt life...abt love... she taught him to love himself...love life...give life and love a chance...see things from a dif perspective...i think it was a combination of al these things tht changed him and he slowly realised and accepted tht this is his love...also, jagtap's story was the biggest driving force 4 dutta's realisation of love simple becos he could see himself in jagtap...and thats when he truly believed tht he could change...becos if jagtap could then so could he..and he did...
