A great question and brilliant post Aish.👏

The CV's had started it as Nakusha's story and had not thought about the fact that it would become Dutta's story. still it does not let the creatives off the hook. Heart break by seems is truly a trivial reason for someone of Dutta's stature to pick up the gun...

As pointed out earlier in this thread, A major illness in the family...eg AS or Roops, Sisters being troubled by goons, an accidental killing would have or Dutta being framed for a murder or smuggling drugs...would have given the character a valid reason to turn to the under-world.

Hello Behena

As I sd I love ur post , but even then My comments did not come in till now ...
Nevertheless I am here now ...
D's past was a rushed story ..It is strange that a guy could break down and go to an extent of killing ...just becoz he is dumped ...😲
Ok she dumped him for money ...But give me a break , I do not see that as a big enough reason to turn to Dongiri

There had to be more ...Seema could have been the final blow , but what were the reasons for the cracks ...
I think there was a reason ..there was a scene ...here it was AS that he lead difficult childhood becoz he lost his Father as a kid ...

The Cvs forgot that I guess as easily as they forgot that the viewers have a brain ...with years of D's dongiri from 10 to 7 ... and further more ...

@rose: completely agree! you're right just as naku's soot appliance got a lengthy build up, even dutta needed something same or may be better! Thank you.

@ani: a great idea, even if Cv's needed to prescribe a two day screen space for dutta's past, they could showed on spot murder of garage owner, that would be much more logical.Thank you

@sub_rosa: I guess you're guessing right, cv's had no idea what dutta's gonna be while penning the script, good idea, if they would have showed dutta remembering his abandoned childhood, things ould have looked more logical, MR would have emoted brilliantly. Thank you.

@mirage: Thank you

@nakusha: Thanks for the compliment.you're right may be they went for an open track, a comman practice in tellywood.

@bharti: completely completely agree with you, if's seldom one gets to see a nice piece of art now-a-days, I guess its because most of the creatives are themselves so dumb that they think the same for the whole world, and LTL was also not spared, it was the cast which acted saving grace most of the time when cvs committed a mistakes.Thank you.

@nimmi: was there such article, I guess I missed it. aah! the hay days of LTL, *sigh* yes you're right the success was not pre calculated! Thank you.

@hammiee: plz no pardon thing...we're fraands lol
loved your post./ perspective, you're right may be it could be looked with a different angle, it's after all about a spur of moment, which decides the long way of our lives, sometimes moments err and a lifetime suffers

I don't think his character was a viewer's disappointment . even i don't think so, it's a cult,thank you for the comments

@sona: well said all forgiven. thank you.

@uwith: yeah! mate even I love every thing about the show, and miss it desperately.

@ivy: yes! a bigger set of animosities would be better. Thank you

@priya: behna thanks for loving the post, yes seema should have played the final push, bt then when the viewers get sensible treatment by those so called brainy creatives.Thank you
