chapter5

The Mandap is set in the Middle of the hall.Everyone is happy because today is the marriage of Raja Sahib's elder daughter.There are lot of Guests from girl's side but from Dutta's side there are only some friends.Daayi maa is not here because its ritual that mother always stays at home during his son's maariage and wait at home with pooja thaali till he is back with his bride.Dutta is brought near the Mandip ,wearinng a light brown Sherwani, everyone is waiting for Sonali now.

Rani maa: nakku ,jaa kar Sonali ko la

Nakku went upstairs to sonali's room and was shocked like hell.

Nakku: yeh kya hua yahan, tum sab rassi se kyun bandhe ho?(nakku released the girls from rope)

One girl spoke :woh pata nahi kya hua,hum sonali ko tayyar kar rahe the tabhi ek naukar aake hume niboo paani de gaya ,Usko peene ke baad hame kuch yaad nahi .Jab hosh aaya toh hum rassii se bandhe the.

Nakku: di kahan hai
The girl:pata nahi wo hamare saath hi thi

Nakuu: kya matlab saath hi thi ,ab kya hoga neeche baraat aayi huyi hai

Sudha: Hume Rani maa ko bulana chahhiye

haha jaldi jao rani maa ko bulao

Nakku went downstairs.she went to Rani maa who was standing with dutta and baaji.

Rani maa: Rani maa ,woh hame aapse kuch zaroori baat karni hai ,aap please ahamre saath upar chaliye

Rani maa: Nakku , kya baat hai ,yehi bata to na

Nakku :(seeing dutta and baaji ,didn't say ) nahi Rani maa,baat bohut zaroori hai

Rani Maa (confused ,dont know what to say in front of damad)

Dutta :( seeing nakku's tension ) Nakusha yehi bata do ,hum kaunsa paraye hai

Nakuu:(hesitated first but then says)Rani maa, wo dii apne kamre mein nahhi

Rani maa: (shocked)kya matlab kamre mein nahi hai?

Naku:aap mere saath upar chaliye

Dutta , baaji and Rani maa walks to Sonali 's room.The girls told them everythhing and the room's situation wasn't bad ,only some broken glass was on floor.

Rani maa: hey bhagwaan ,yeh kya ho raha hai,neeche sab intezaar kar rahe hai ,ab kya hoga

Dutta:aap chinta mat kijiye,sonali yahan hi kahi hogi.Baaji tu dekh kar aa ,haan aur neeche kisise kuch mat kehna

Nakku:yahan kaise hogi hum sab niche hi thi,kisi ne nahi dekha

Rani (to one Guard) :sabhi servants ko abhi yahan bulao

The servants came.

Rani maa: sudha toh yahan hi thi,bata inke chehre dekh kar kaun aaya tha paani lekar

sudha watched each and every servant carefully .

Sudha : Nahi Rani maa,inme se koi bhi nahi aaya tha

Baaji comes with Raja Sahib in the room.

Raja Sahib :yeh main kya sun raha,sonali kahan hai?

Nakku narrated everything to Raja Sahib.

One Girl : yeh dekhiye ,yeh chitthi(pointing a letter laid on the Bed)

Dutta picked up the Letter and read it.There was written only two lines in the letter,that if you want your daughter alive then bring 2 crores in the Kaali pahadi on tommorrow morning.And don't try to complaint the police because if this happens then your daughter wil be dead.

Everyone in the room were confused that who could be it ,its obvious that first the kidnappers made everyone in the room unconcious and then they took sonali ,But how?

Rani Maa: yeh kya ho raha,hum kisi ko muh dhikhane ke layak nahi rahenge agar kisiko pata chal gaya ke Raja mahal mein se Sonali ko koi utha le gaya.Yahan sabka vishwaas uth jaye ga hum par.

Raja Sahib:(angry) hamari beti kidnapped ho gayi hai aur tumhe logon ki padi hai

Baaji : Pandit do baar bol chuka hai dulha aur dulhan ko nulane ke liye ,ab kya hoga?

Rani maa: kya hoga,ab yeh shaadi nahi ho sakti

Dutta: Nahi ,shaadi hogi,aaj hi hogi ,main ghar apni patni ke bina nahi jaa sakta,daayi maa mera intezaar kar rahi hai,main khaali haath nahi jaa sakta upar se itni badnaami hogi agar abhi shaadi nahi huyi.

Nakku: Par dii ko itni jaldi kahan se layange,kidnappers ne waqt bhi kal ka diya hai.

Dutta:(comes in front of nakku ,face to face and answered)tumhari dii nahi,tum mujhse shaadi karogi.

Rani maa:(shocked) yeh aap kya bol rahe hai ,aisa kabhi nahi ho sakta?

Dutta:kyun nahi ho sakta ,mere liye yeh shaadi karna bohut zaroori hai,aap jaanti hai pehle hi main shaadi jald se jald karna chahta tha,mere liye meri daayi maa ki tabiyat ka khayaal rakhna bohut zaroori hai,Doctors ne kaha hai wo jitna khush rahe gi utna unki tabiyat ke liye accha hoga

Raja Sahib : par aisa kaisa ho sakte hai,yeh...muujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha

Rani Maa : log kya soche ge ,ke badi beti ke badle choti beti ki shaadi ho rahi hai

Dutta : nahi ,log yehi sochenge ke Sonali ki shaadi huyi ,nakusha ghungat mein hogi.Nakusha ,main tumpe koi davav nahi daalna chahta ,par ek baar socho agar tuzm shaadi kar leti ho sab kuch normal rahega.

Nakku:(nakku was going to say somthing) par main,...

Raja Sahib:Nakusha shaadi karegi

Raani maa ,nakku and everyone else in the room were shocked

Rani maa: aap aisa kaisa kar sakte hai

Raja Sahib : tum chup raho,nakku dutta se shaadi karegi ,aur abhi.Sudha tum nakku ko tayaar karo aur haan ,nakku ,nakku hi bankar shaadi karegi na ke sonali ,koi zaroorat nahi ghooghat bada karne ki,shaadi sabse saamne hogi.

Dutta : aisa nahi ho sakta ,nakku ko sonali bankar shaadi karni hogi

Raja Sahib: Agar meri beti ki shaadi hogi toh kisi bhi jhoot ke bina:Tum faisla karo tumhe abhi media ka dar hai ya apni daayi maa ki tabiyat ka.

Dutta (left the room) main mandap pe intezaar kar raha hoon

Baaji followed him.

Rani maa:aap aisa kyun kar rahe hai.

Raja Sahib :tum bohut maanti ho na ,apne guruji ko,bhul gayi wo kya bol rahe the,aaj hamari beti ki bidaai hogi,aur sonali yahan nahi ,nakku ke ilawa tumhe aur koi dikh raha yahan

Nakku: pitaji ,yeh aap kya bol rahe hai

Raja Sahib:bharosa karo mujhpe nakku,main jo kar raha hoon ,bohut soch samajh ke kar raha hoon.mere liye yeh shaadi karlo lo

Nakku didn't say anything

Raja sahib:Sudha nakku ko tayyaaar karo,saraswati chalo mere saath neeche.

Rani maa followed Raja sahib.Sudha maked nakku ready for the marriage because there was no bridal lehnga.Nakku wore a heavy red coloured saree.

Sudha brought nakku to the mandip.Dutta was already sitting in his place.Rani maa and Raja sahib tied the end of the Dutta's scarf with nakku's saree. Dutta applies vermillon on nakku's forehead.Then Dutta tied Mangalsutra around nakku's neck.The Saptapadi (saat phere)started.They both circles the sacred fire seven times.After this rituals ,they took blessings from their elders.

Its time for Bidaai ,Nakku was crying and so does Dadi and everyone else in the mahal.Rani maa told nakku to call her after reaching Rajgarh.Nakku was going to sit in the car when someone shouted

It was none other than sonali

Everyone shocked there.She was breathing heavily.She came running towards Rani maa and hugged her.Behind her there was a man.Tears were coming from her eyes.Rani maa told her about the letter.

Sonali:Rani maa hum kya bataye,jab hum tayyar ho rahe the ,to ek aadmi naukar ke bhes mein ham sab ke liye nimboo paani laya tha ,Hum sabne wo paani piya tha aur dheere dheere hamari aankhon ke sammne andhera scha gaya uske baad hum mahal se bahar kaise aaye hume khud nahi pata.Jab hame hosh aaya to hum ek kamre the ,woh log kuch baatein kar rahe the,unka dhyaan mujhopar nahi tha ,isliye mauka dekh kar main dabe payo us kamre se bahar nikli.Bahar nikal kar dekh to jungle tha .Maine wahan se bhagna shuru kiya ,shayad unko meri payal ke awwaz se pata chal gaya tha ,aur wo mere piche piche bhaag rahe the.Bhaagte bhaagte main highway pe aan pahunchi.Tabhi unhone ne mujhe gher liya ,tabhi yeh bhale (pointing to the man ,standing behind her) insaan wohan se guzar rahe the aur inhone mujhe gundo se bacha kar yahan tak sahi salamat pahunchaya.Par yeh sab kya ho raha hai,nakku is tarah

Raja Sahib:Beti tere kamre mein na hone ke karan ham chinta mein the aur us chithi mein likha tha ke wo tumhe do crore dene pare chodenge ,aur jagah bhi kal kaali pahadi par batayi thi ,aise mein ham kya karte ,islliye nakku ki shaadi dutta se karwaani padi.

Rani maa:dekha apne fainslein ka nateejy main mana kar rahi thi par aap ne meri ek nahi suni ab hamari badi beti dulhan ke jode mein khadi hai,kya hoga iska.Dutta iske zimedaar tum bhi ho

Dutta didnt says anything,Nakku was still in shock ,that she is marriend and her sis is standing in dulhan's joda.

One od the lady says:Hona kya ,jo har ladki ke saath hota hai.Sonali ko bhi apni saari Zindagi ek widwa ke roop mein bitaani hogi

The person ,who helped sonali says: aap yeh kaisi baatein kar rahe hai,isme is ladki ka kya dosh hai,wo kaun sa shaadi se bhaagi thi ,yeh to kismat ka khel hai

Rani maa:(all sad) haan ,isse koi farak nahi padta ki sonalil hamari beti hai,jo niyam doosro par lagoo hai wohi raj mahal ke bachho par,sonali ko apni baaki ki zindagi widwa ban kar hi guzarni hogi.Waise bhi ab kaun raazi hoga,kaun kare ga meri beti se shaadi

Everyone there was shocked

Raja Sahib:kya kaha tumne?

The person: ji ,main aapki beti se shaadi karne ke liye tayyar hoon

Rani maa: aap jaante hain aap kya bol rahe hai?

the person: ji acchi tarah se ,mujhe koi aitraaz nahi hai is shaadi se,aap log mujhe nahi jaante,mera naam Sudarshan hai ,main mumbai mein rehta hoon ,apna business hain ,ye raha mera card

Dutta:tum logon ki settlement khatam ho gayi to chale nakku,mere paas time nahi hai in faaltoo kii baaton ke liye,pehle hi meri izzat ka bahut tamasha ho chuka hai.

Nakku was shocked by dutta's behaviour,so does others .She thought ,how mean this man is.

Nakuu:par didi

Dutta stopped nakku by saying: yeh bhale insaan hai na teri didi se shaadi karne ke liye.Meri maa intezaar kar rahi hai

Dutta held nakku's arn tightly and made her sit in the car and thy drove to the Rajgarh.

Raja sahib and Rani maa were feeling guilty for their daughters because they chose dutta.And now because of Dutta both the sisters are suffering.

Suds went on his Knee and asked sonali if she is fine by marrying him.Sonali nods in agreement.

Rani maa 's face lighten up a little bit but again she was worrying of nakku.

Raja sahib took Sona and Sud to the mandap and they both got married in the same mandap .

All guests were gone.Raja sahib offered suds to live them in raj mahal till his works get finished in udaypur.

Hope you guys like this part,the longest part for Ranju and Azy dii ,they both keep giving me dhamkiis
