U know what guys, if MR comes back in a new serial, all of us can collectively migrate to the new forum and immediately start discussing as if nothing happened 😆! Other members in the forum would be like "huh, the serial has just started but these guys seem as though they have been discussing this show since ages 😲😆!" And I bet, we all would be discussing more of MR in LTL, than the new show 😆! Finally all the other forum members will get fed up of us 😆! Perhaps in each episode, we might try to draw parallels of MR and his character sketch, acting, etc., with LTL 😆. But I somehow feel, no show can beat or surpass LTL, even if MR is there in it . There was something about LTL yaar, along with MR - the writing, the direction, every character artist was just RIGHT! I dont know if we might get a similar combo in any other serial, for a long time .

Yeah, Aparna, something about LTL just made it click for me...cause it was one of those rare finds, where the lead although started off with a girl, it ended up making an icon of the male lead and just made the whole serial revolve around him...unprecedented in many ways, considering the crapfest they show on television these days.
I can literally count on my fingertips, of serials that have evoked this type of emotion in me...it does not happen very often.

Very true, Harshita. Infact I cannot think of ANY serial or Bollywood movie in the last 15 years that touched me at such a deep level, that I just cant get over it! There are movies I've liked, like couple of Aamir Khan movies, and I've liked certain love stories as well, like DDLJ, Tere Mere Sapne, etc., but most of these movies dont remain in you for a long time, urging you to watch each scene again and again (just Tere Mere Sapne is an exception for me 😆!). You are touched when you see the movie, but later after 2-3 days, you are like over it! But the kind of movies that are being churned out in 2000s is disappointing! 90s was better, but majority of 2000s movies are really soul-less! And amidst all this, came LTL, and left us by touching our innermost level ! Only if LTLs could happen quite often !

So one of the things that blows my mind everytime I think LTL is - why would someone purposely ruin a perfectly good show just because of ego issues? Ultimately, if the goal is TRPs, money and revenue, should you not put all those aside? I fail to understand. Just minutes of sitting there, watching in awe, smiling, being wowed by the minutest things 😆 And word, oh I feel the same way...he's sort of set a standard as far as Indian actors go for me...so sublime and just FLOWING...flawless Word *sigh*😍...consciously or subconsciously, I know I'll always be comparing others with him whenever they are being praised or said to be good actors...

Anyways...this will sound undoubtedly cuckoo, but he's one of those special people, I think...midas touch...even the damn office that he works for/goes to these days is probably lighting up with his presence 😆 LMAO I've realized that when it comes to MR, things I might otherwise dismiss as cuckoo actually sound pretty logical...haha...I so agree...the man has some kind of midas touch...like he's blessed or something...wherever he goes, whatever he does, he imbibes it with some kind of special light...it all lights up with this presence like you said😆...now I'm sure I'm sounding even more cuckoo than you😆
