I think Scenes of Kala and dutta and that of Nakku, Bajji, AS and others were shot separately. There was very little focus on Nakku. She was squinting always. No happiness or any good expression from her. Its the director's job to bring out the best in their actors. I think they have shot randomly and edited the scenes together. I guess they concentrate on the expression of the actors, only when they have dialogues. They don't correct the mistakes or reshoot them. The directors, producers, almost everyone don't seem to have any responsibility and they are continuing their careless ways.

Hi Ana, good analysis, while watching last 2 episods, one thing constantly appeared in my mind -see this is what you are going to miss. Instead of enoying the episod, appreciating the hard work by everyone behind it, that sense of loss was more dominating. Why all good things end so soon?

Totally agree with you Jayati....no doubt of it....From the very first day of the serial till today.....i had this impression and i will stick to this opinion until unless something miraculous change happens in her acting skills.....( Sorry friends.....please don't take it as negative criticism.....)

I swear that I'm not an insensitive person, but... what's wrong with Mahi Vij's acting lately? There's no... emotion. No reaction. I've let it slide for a few episodes now, but today I was really missing Nakusha there. When Dutta came riding on the horse, when he stood before Kala, all this time - there was no emotion, no reaction on her face. Just blandness. And even when she called "Saab", it was lacking force. Recently, all I have seen of Mahi is her eyes squinting and face bland. No emotion, no force behing her dialogues.

Okay, I get that she's human. She's probably tired from JDJ and shooting back and forth, but still. In my opinion, situations like these end up making an actor/actress seem a bit unprofessional. I don't know. It might just be me, but I haven't seen Nakusha on the show much lately.

Baji expressed pride and happiness to see Dutta. AS expressed concern and happiness to see Dutta. Leela, Roops, Madhu and even Kishore expressed happiness, relief, and complete awe. Then there was Naku. Who was just squinting in the sunlight...

I have been screaming the same..since the beginning of the whole dutta missing trach in january...her expressions are either too bland or too frozen...the fact that she made light in front of reporter that she chose to use trainers for the running scene and then her wide eyed look through out the JMM2 track just killed every scene for me...i love mR and his play of emotions but then i do hav eto suffer through close up of stone MV for a romantic scene...i was glad there was no SR sorta scenes shot as it would have come out horrible....more than MR's exit rumours MV's bad acting has killed the show for me...She and the direction and technical glitches like the school girl in mondays episode or that mysterious man in the jungle shot be4 cam fire..then of course the classic Dutta on Fan nad Nakkusha getting the flower so easily as if she had gone and fetched it from neighbor's garden.....Fine if she was tired from JDJ...but now thats over..what was the excuse for yesterdays pathetic acting...even parineeta Sahu can give those expressions so why do we need MV....Madhu,leela,roops were much better in just those few shots that were given to them...yesterday somehow i was super irritated by nakkusha..

We are not nit-picking randomly or venting out on mAhi just coz we are upset at MR leaveing..or anything..it not that i have anything personal against her..neither is this siding with MR or AG...the fact is that since FR Mahi has not improved but detoriated and i have waited abd waited for her comeback..buty for past 3months she has been giving constantly bad shots...even parineeta whom i consider the bare-bottom of barrel actrees did well in 2 shots -1. dutta told her about someone else in his life and 2. when she saw dutta-nakku hug and broke down in temple...she was not awesome but she was good...whereas in JMM2 nakkusha and dutta had so many close up convos and scenes...that spear-pallu scene....the fight practice scene...the bonfire convo....and convo with BG and even with bastiwali ladies including sundari....she was not even mediocre in those scenes..if she is the female lead and she is the "Star" of the show as the PH and many other believe then why can she get away with bad acting? she was good as thye dark nakku...why can't she act like that? is it that with soot her acting skills were washed away too!

Sorry, but i ahve to say the LTL i loved is dying not because a good actor is leaving or not(i still want to think he is not!) but because the ppl who are degrading it are getting away too lightly...Namely-PH,technicians,Directors,Creatives and yes..the female lead.

Yes yesterday and since january her performance and acting is not upto level . Mahi 's acting is really irritating now a days . Really really irritating that she is not giving minimum expressions also .

But director also has to take care of expressions right ? Poor direction .

Mahi's acting is best upto Dutta accident .

Ya i also disagree with the point that Mahi is not a good actress . Its not a fair statement .

She is a very good actress . Many Proofs are there in all the previous episodes since last 1 year .

She competed with MR in many of the episodes . She is a very very good actress. She is not just a pretty face she is also a talented actress .

I actually observed in some of the episodes previously she did wonderful acting as equal with MR .

Ya i agree that in recent episodes her acting is not up to Mahi's level . she is giving blank expressions and iam also quite disappointed with Mahi's action nowadays .

Definitely she is more depressed and sad with MR exit rumors . Mahi and Mishal are good friends have been very close to each other as they spent maximum time with each other while shooting .

May be what ever the reasons she has to be proffessional . Even though she may be tired of other performances or may be depressed with Mishal's exit rumors . She has to give her performance at its best . she as a female lead is not doing justice on her part to the show now adys since 3 months . I totally agree .

In reunion scene her acting is really well and that intensity there .

She was better on re union scene , halwa scene, hiding behind rock scene , fruit sharing scene ,
and in dutta applying ointment to her feet , in a hug and kiss scene .

There is a deadly need that she has to come back again with all her acting skills .

Of course if mishal exits from the show no one is going to bother about the show up goings , Mahi's acting skills .

If mishal exits no one will watch the show including me .

That will be the last day to colors .

Its the careless attitude of the people in making the show which is very very evident. If the lead actress is unable to give her best due to any reason it is the duty of the directors the editors to see to that she is either given more takes or given ample rest or better not in focus nd afterall how long would it take to get that one good reaction when dutta appears in front of them? Off late Mahi has slipped in her performances, im not sure who is to be blamed here but its the duty of everyone involved to ultimately give good episodes. Its not that she is a bad actress but its showing in many places, the intensity is missing.

@ imp200020001: I'm so glad that you like my posts, dear 😃 Yes, do watch yesterday's episode because DSP is back in his full avatar and Mishal is doing such a beautiful job. The only reason I am still sticking around is because of him. I want to support him until the very second he's out, so that's really the only reason I keep watching.

@ Ivy: You noticed it, too? 👏 It was beautiful, wasn't it? I loved how he didn't as much as speak a peep when they all called out for him. He had to stay composed and focused, because he knows that if he lets go just a tiny bit, the emotional storm bewilders him. He was keeping his feelings in check. What a beautiful man.

Zuby once did a wonderful analysis of Kala that explained her sort of love-hate feelings toward Dutta. Kala is a woman who is attracted to power and Dutta is power. I think that as much as she hates his guts, she's always wanted to control because of the power he possessed and a kind of sick admiration, maybe. She's quite twisted, which is why I love to hate her.

Seeing Baji and Dutta on the same screen again was just... 😭 It made me cry. I loved it, loved it, loved it. I've missed them so much, Ivy. It's been hell.

Word, sweets. Indeed, Kala is losing control and she's not liking. Despite hating Dutta, she has always wanted him to admire her and adore her. She has always basked in his admiration and respect and adoration, but now he's only expressing reluctance and maybe even disgust. But I felt that when he stepped down from the horse (putting his sword away, because he knows that he can't use it against Kala), his eyes and expression were vulnerable. He was very much hurt. Not so much angry as hurt. Beautifully portrayed by Mishal once again.

@ LTLfan: WORD 👏 Carelessness from the director and editing team's side. This has been on for the past month and a half.

@ mnx12: Naw, sweets. I understand how you feel, because I felt a sense of loss, too, during the episode. But at this point, I don't think that there's much else we can do. Now we can only wait and see what happens in the nearest future. If Mishal stays, against all odds, then I am so going to bombard the channel and producers with mails, telling them that this is the last time they get to play these games on us and that they should DANG fix the directing/editing of episodes already.

@ brvr: B, once again, WORD. Carelessness is exactly what's been given from the director and editing crew's side. There's no excuse for it.
