Dutta's blindness: Unfair to MR and viewers - Page 4

I donno abt him having his eyesight back for his sher stares but he is made too help less for a long time now ..and yes Ksh enough is enough .. they want to show nakku is so brave helping him while his bad days but its already shown now they can get back his vision ....but no they showing him practising martial arts for his blind fight ...

sometimes i can't help but wonder that are they planning to kill the character but again there is an article posted in the forum in which hemal ji said dutta is a permanent character i donno what to believe

when he came to know about seema, he was angry.. when he started missing nakku, he was feeling lonely, guilty and hurt .. when his blindness continued, he started feeling frustrated and restless.. when he came to know of chaskar, he became alert, when he was attacked at seema's house, he showed that alertness and confidence, when he met nakku he was overwhelmed by love for her, when he came to know about kala he had that mixed emotions of hurt, anger, disbelief and little helplessness.. and in jungle the love,romance and off course a rare naughtiness with nakku, and the grace and style of dutta bhao when he helps mahadev in dealings..in each of these scenes Mishal has scored full marks.. we could relate to the character dutta and the emotions that were depicted by him.. and could not help appreciating the sheer brilliance with which they were all executed by mishal.. mishal is especially very good in emoting with his eyes.. and every scene will be taken to a whole new level if he starts to do that.. though there may be more things to explore with the blind dutta.. i also feel somewhere it would end up being repetitive..and also nakku babying him is not helping the whole thing a bit.. i want him to get back his eyes fast..

Beautifully said, Roopa👏👏👏.....truly MR has displayed an amazing range even in this blind avatar of Dutta.....from the initial days in Jan to now March....it's been a long two months and we've seen many facets to Dutta all enacted in a superb way as always by MR....continuing to take his character to another level no matter what changes.

But word@bold...exactly.....it's getting repetitive now...I feel like they've explored all possible aspects that they could have managed with blind Dutta.....now we've reached a point where we only see Nakku babying him like you said....leading him around by the hand everywhere....Yes, his Dutta-ness is still intact as is obvious from many scenes most recent being the one in Mahadev's village with Ranga.....but the lack of his eyes....the unbelievable range of emotions he could project from his eyes alone.....it's that extra tadka that elevated Dutta scenes......and having had a "shaking up" of things so to speak for two months and more now.....Dutta was in a totally different space cuz of his blindness, the seperation from the family, everything....but that shaking up has run its course now and can't be and SHOULDN'T be dragged out any longer.

agreed its time he got them back. right now they are dishing out the same thing with nakku telling him to see the world through his eyes. and i love that concept that he will be seeing the world from an innocent pari of eyes something that sees the good in the world. but fact is he will need his eyes when he takes on kala because nakku wont be there to guide him when he fights her. secondly MR's eyes do half his acting and right now hes doing a fantastic job but when they seem unfocussed and blank (because of the blind act) it depresses me. and i completely understand that the reason why he was blind so that he can do some soul searching and trust me hes done that by my standards! i mean first of all he apologized to nakku then he trusted strangers said sorry and thank you to them! that is a completely new D in my eyes! but w/o his eyesight its like something is missing that zing is missing. i mean the whole nakku looking after him i dont have a problem with i mean she is fulfilling her vows of the wedding and this is something she might never get to do again once and if he gets his eyes back...but even though there is this new DSP doesnt mean that the whole DSP is completley lost. i mean each time D evolves he doesnt completely lose the old DSP. when he went from mechanic to bhau there was still that intensity in him for the people he loved and that mechanic was still him each time he helped someone less well off. this new DSP though i find adorable seems to be missing the traits of bhau. i mean i know he will acitvely start training to fight kala but him sitting quitely for so long was a bit errrm but then again the CV's wanted to play yahan main ghar ghar kheli because of the cricket fair enough! now this fuss about this new herb if N isnt going then who will..confusion much unless its a DN trek..sorry about the err ramble had to be done! LOL ! though i can see its slightly picking up pace just give us DSP's eyes back its 3months now im ready to see a miracle as well! and as much i appreciate the zooomin in of the camera on his ears i would rather see it on his eyes cv!

Thanks for opening this thread Ksh! My fellow 'Get DSP's eyes back' members have already said really good things! I am now just happening to join the crew starting from today! Hope someone given the responsiblity of scrawling through IF (if that happens), reads exactly how we feel about his blindness.
