i was dumb founded afetr i saw the interview and i remained quiet except for a couple of post earlier to thsi thread ... but with so many posts in this thread on the speculation of Mishal opting out i thought i should speak up ....

as i said earlier ..... it is our descision whether we should keep watching LTL inspite of Mishal not being there or not ... no one has the power or any say for that matter to instigate our thoughts ....

True that the plot and script of LTL is mighty different from all the rest and its pretty strong too .... but hey it is also true that had Mishal not been playing the role of Dutta the script wouldnt have flourished itself as strong as it is now ...... it is him and people (actors) like him who give their closest to 100% of humanly possible shots to make a character which has been concieved over pen and paper alive and larger than life ......

as for me i would support Mishal in his decision if he wants to leave the show, because he has every right to speak up or show his disapproval .......

Then again i also support to all those who says that we shouldnt let the people instigating such behaviour and unethical ways win ......

So yeah we should do our own lil trysts to let the channel and the crew and the PH know that we arent supporting their whims on switching over the lead to someone else ... we of course cannot do anything or even say anything to instigate Mishal's decision ... because whatever he would decide he would be justified and forthright with it .....

But for the Channel crew team and the PH .... we viewers would definitely not continue watching the show

@ Kiran: I agree. Now that I know that I wasn't imagining Mishal's mood on the sets, I can put it to rest and wait and see what happens. Whatever he decides, I'm sure it'll be the right decision to make and I'll support him. Just as long as I know he's doing it for himself and his own future.

I don't think there is a single fan of Dutta here who would wish Mishal bad. Every single one of us only wants good things to happen to him.

I have not had a chance to watch that interview yet, but get the gist of it from all posts here. When Mishal himself has said he doesn't want to leave, I would do all I can to support him by ensuring he stays on Dutta. I believe he has not said he is not happy with the show, on the contrary he is thankful for all life has given him due to Dutta. So I strongly believe that I should support him as Dutta to stay on and not be influenced by or give in to such negativity and let them win against Mishal. He is of course affected by it as he is a man with a real heart, but then when he feels he can still be Dutta, why should I not want him to continue! So I would do what I can do best.. ensure the show he is putting his blood and sweat into stays on top and that I mail the channel to keep Mishal on as Dutta and that no one else will ever be able to take his place or change the story to bring in another new lead. That will NOT work. And as long as Mishal is happy to be in LTL, I will support him whole heartedly and wish and pray for his every success in life beyond LTL too :)
