@pooja - it is shocking the way they are responding to us.. ep the nerve to ask us that why should they clear these rumours when we r talking of THIER show?!! and MR ka picture paint karke trampoline bhejn hian.. what do they take us for?!

I hated it when they asked what we would do if the show ends...as if we are obsessed ppl who would go mad or something if the show ended and they are so worried for us...

All we are fighting for is the way LTL is being treated and actors in LTL are being treated...We ask them to clear the rumors and time and again we are being called obsessed and addicted and what not!

I don't know who that representative was, but he was obviously quite arrogant with his replies. I'm just astonished that the people working for the channel don't treat their viewers with a lot more care and respect considering how much we've supported their channel.
We ask for one confirmation. One straight answer. They give us riddles.

Ana ! This is why I posted this. so that we all open our eyes and see who is wrong now. We are their audience..we pay to watch their shows. If they can't serve us well then God help them🤢

Hats off to you guys for keeping your cool and replying to the channel politely. It makes be 😡 just reading their answers. Strongly recommend crash courses in customer care and PR ....

I don't care whose chamcha or chamchi replied LOL..the problem I have is whatever issues they have with a consumer i.e., us, venting like this on a public platform to people like us who care for their show is just not done. There is still something called decency and politeness esp from a big company like Colors when dealing with our requests. We are being v patient and asking as politely as possible to give us an answer. But ulta we are being given the run around and called these names indirectly? How much more cheaper can these guys get?!! My problem is with the tone of the replies and the rude replies.. if they did not want to reply, i would still maybe understand.. but this is unacceptable!
