hi, I'm unable to use my former log in and it keeps saying wrong password. When I clicked forgot password and it said the new link was sent to my email , i didn't receive it. Now I had to create a new id and request help. could you pls direct me to the right people who can help me restore my id???? Sunshine21

ur sayin u didnt receive the email, hav u checked ur spam box in ur mail account, cos sumtyms the emails go str8 there..check it out!
also please try using the help desk in future for such help. this helps keep the forum tidy
