Another thing, he always always regrets his actions once he cools down. Now this is the part of him I love. I love a man who has the guts to admit his mistake. If his admission had been public like the slap, I'd have found it fake. That had to be a private moment, when he tells her that he'd wronged her.

Sigh.
When I see this couple, there's this strange restlessness, this giddy feeling I get. And yet, at the end of it all, they leave me contented. That is what they do to each other too. Madness fades away, the flames of passion die too...but a love that touches the innermost recesses of your soul and leaves you calm, that is the kind of love that lives on. Y'day's episode was symbolic of the peace and contentment Dutta's slowly finding. I knew Kavita would come up with a post on how Naku satiates Dutta's hunger, and feeds his soul. Yes, that is what Naku did. The scene was beautifully shot. From him trying to rummage for food, to her instinctively knowing that he needs her....sigh..
When he asked her to feed him, that symbolized his longing for her love. Like they say, maa ke khaane me pyaar hota hai. Same way here, Naku is all that for him. Mother, lover, friend...she is everything. ANd hence, when she feeds him, she fills all the empty spaces in his soul. He has yearned for this kind of love, all his life. The fact that Dutta was sprawled on the floor, with her next to him...it made this scene all the more magical. There's this primitiveness about his love for her.

@In bold: Glad you brought it up. I didnt see the point mentioned here. Lots of ppl have either taking offence to or loving Naku defending Dutta. But for me thats not the point...for me the point that whatever Naku said he knew he had wronged her. Thats one character trait of his I loved from the beginning. Naku might have excused his behavior but he didnt...he knew he had to be punished for it.
so beautifully put in words............the kitchen moments were magical........but the look on Dutta's face after looking at her bleeding wound in the hall was awesome....he was soooo ashamed of himself. I'm glad we got our Dutta back......
