but he wasnt so drunk that he would forget it all either. He was not anything like the time when he returned back on SR day. He was in senses, he was trying to eat, he sat and talked to her, he rememberd that he slapped her when she was not at mistake. Comeon its too big of a discrepancy here.,

Which is why I feel like all of yesterday's episode was to 'pacify' the viewers. We could have deduced all of that even if Dutta had remained sober, but they showed some mellow interaction between DN to make up for those who were feeling that this 'negativity' was stretching out for too long. Zilch effect it has had on the plot otherwise.
