I haven't watched today's episode yet so can't really give my viewpoint yet, but he is heartbroken, trying to coat his pain with these harsh words- we shouldn't take Dutta's words and actions seriously at the moment because he is not in his right senses. When reality dawns on him and he realises Nakusha's worth he will indeed feel bad, I'm sure about it.
