Anyways yeah the show got wayyyyyy too gimmicky in that week....that song sequence and the bachelor party deffo reeked of being gimmicky with typical "masala" crap and Baaji seemed to be the ACTUAL item girl of the proceeding given just HOW enthusiastically he was dancing.....to me it all just felt off with the flow of the show given what was unfolding regarding the FR and everyone finding out and the wariness and guilt that should have accompanied that ESPECIALLY for Nakku and Baaji.....but Baaji was busy being an item girl one minute and serious faced security checks the next minute like you pointed out.....randomnesssssss all over the place....which is why I really didn't like those epis.

1. I wanna know, why would Dutta have done any of the above two things if Naku had unveiled self before the wedding? why? who can compel him? He has a mind of his own! Today, Is he listening to anyone? No...then why would he have done any of the above two things mentioned?...because CVs were ready with the wedding sets and had spent money??? 😲😲😲

2. And are we saying that once he marries her, he would be compelled to keep that marriage?

A man who could free her of the marriage before, can do it even now....who and what can compel him to be in this marriage now????......Nothing!!....So, tis whole thing of marry first then do the FR was Pfftt!!! 🤢

I would say he only made two mistakes: One, to trust AS/Kala and leave the matter up to them, thinking that they would also do their best to protect Dutta from any heartache and let them break it to him however they planned and wanted. He could have been proactive, he should have been more proactive, but once again, for reasons known only to them, the writers made him a static character when it came to the FR. His second mistake, the bigger of the two, the one he really should be held accountable for, is the fan/flower debacle. Getting influenced by crazy Babi, he really did miss the common sense train on that one and acted out of sheer anxiety and fear. He already has, and will get punished even more yet for that I think 😆

I think that is my complaint with Baji - that he should have known better and he should have done more. I know it was the writer's choice obviously to make him act how he did during the FR track, but I am still upset with Baji.. 😆 I don't mind the whole flower-fan fiasco as I said in the previous post, because the Kala incident was still fresh and he was just trying to find a better time. But the whole wedding lie, now that I have isses with. He should have done more - he should have vehemently objected and tried to stop the wedding before the FR was complete. He should have known that Dutta doesn't like being cornered or ambushed. And like Anu said, Baji had actually suggested ( I think in the first week of November.. 🤔) that the FR be done after the wedding. See that is something I cannot digest. Baji's someone who puts Dutta before everything and this is a man who didn't hesitate from calling Dutta's fault on his face back in March. It didn't matter if Dutta felt bad or hurt if he knew that the alternative (him not knowing) would have let to far more destruction. Toh phir ab kya hua? Why was it okay to let everyone else take the reins to Dutta's heart while he sat on the sidelines in a subdued manner. He should have done SOMETHING. But instead he shopped and oggled at Madhu. Oh and lets not forget, he danced. 😆

P.S. I very much agree with you about the wedding, what it was for (Dutta's expression of respect for Nakku), and how it ended up being turned on its head because of the FR being ghussaro-fied in it. As two separate events, they are huge and right in their own places. The way they chose to play it out though, the FR ended up invalidating the (purpose and sentiment of the) wedding for many people. Which sucks. But it's spilt milk now...the show has moved forward and on, in a satisfying enough manner that those irked by the wedding have been able to look past it. Catch the episodes, hopefully you can as well!

Haina!! Gosh I so agree! The FR totally ended up demeaning the purpose of the wedding entirely. I mean it was supposed to be a symbol of respect for Nakku but it ended up being the event that served as the biggest con played on him by EVERYONE he knew! Blah! But you're right - it is spilt milk. I just happened to read the updates a week later to meri rant bhi week later hi ayi hai. Which I not realize is serving to reawaken everyone else's annoyances with the track again.. 😳😆 But I don't think I can watch the past episodes - I'd probably get too annoyed and rant some more.. 😆

my god....i m scared of fivr..and DD ...now..they are as scarry as Dutta when they are riled....i think..i will keep mum till these ppl calm down a bit..

@Rose: Dude, I agree with everything you've said but I think I've agreed with most of what you said in other posts too.. 😳😆 Nonetheless, you're right - if only Nakku had told him sooner.. 😕

Okay, I'm going to get many angry stares from this. I have felt this for some time, and after reading Flvr's post, I returned to my opinion. I don't know if you remember but some time ago, I put out a seemingly crazy post about how I felt Nakusha did not "fit" with Dutta, that despite their epic love story, she was too birdbrained and weak for him. She was a sherni at some point, and then she checked in her courage and self-respect at the door. I am perhaps harsh with this character, but she has been a huge disappointment. Even thought I get her reasons, the fear, and I feel bad for her on some level, it still is disgusting what she did, and I cannot accept or excuse either her selfishness or stupidity (it depends how you look at it, I guess).

And yes, we all make mistakes, but this one was one hell of a conscious mistake. Good God! Poor Dutta! Run Dutta run from these people and get your head straight.
