You know the character Lago came in my mind too initially when BH was introduced in the serial! The only three possibilities that could stand out for BH was

AS

Baaji

Kishore

All of them liked by audience, All close to Dutta (exception ofcourse is Kishore) and we can still dig a motive for them to be BH!

Also, The BH is a person very much living in PN and is one of the most trusted ones in Dutta's kingdom!!

Baaji fit the bill so well! Every person in PN count on him...Plus there was a little suspicion on when Dutta was stabbed from behind, Baaji was the only one standing...

Also, Everytime Dutta scolds or hits Baaji, a small thought pops up in my mind, Is Baaji really taking this in his stride or is he just adding the insult on top of others and playing the real game behind the scenes!!!...Zoroo ka Jhatkaa dheere se lagee!!

But everytime this thought crops up in my mnd, I shrug it off, because having AS as the BH is much less painful than having Baaji!!!....

But the Lago character is like just made for him!!!....

Iago was just pure unadulterated Evil, the man was amoral, he had no motive for the Evil he did, he just did it because he wanted to🤓
Iago was a clever guy and he knew it. Thats what made him such a successful Villain, the fact that he always knew exactly what to say and when to say it. If the guy really had a conscience he wouldn't have been able to keep the act up and deceive everyone. That's what proves that he is amoral. Baji on the other hand does have a conscience. Look how he broke down during that Watch Scene!
Baji's just a nice guy. Kala however does share some traits the same as Iago. The only difference there is that Kala has a background for the way she is. Iago doesn't.

Iago knew what Goodness was and he WANTED to destroy it. That whole Fig speech he gave proves that.

Whether Iago was evil personified or only his actions with regard to Othello was evil is open to interpretation.It was never really clear why he did those things to Othello. But the one thing that was clear was his evil side came to the fore only after Desdemona's entry in Othello's life & rise in Cassio's stature. Its also believed that he suspected Othello & Cassio of having affairs with his wife. Before that he was a good soldier & the man to look up to in lean times.So something drove him to do the stuff he did.All I meant was that this might be the case with Baji too.

We know that Baji knows Dutta since he was 7 and Dutta was 8 and has no family. Somehow in all the flashback scenes Baji seems better off than Dutta maybe either becuz he didnt have a family to support or becuz he was in gangster business before Dutta. Btw Baji was the one who introduced Dutta to a gangster who gave him the first contract to kill.

I've always taken his friendship & loyalty with a pinch of salt.Right from Dutta's entry scene.Baji hired those BGs.Then the Deshmukh scene where someone offs the light. The way Baji was walking up & down at the entrance of PN eagerly awaiting the BG for Sups during the wedding.He heads such a huge team of trained men who have been with him for years why would he be so readily trusting of someone they have never even met before to not only walk around PN freely but to guard his boss's future wife?😲 Of course it was AS's idea but she is a home bound lady why give in to her demand so easily?And one during the wedding he was seen asking for money from Dutta it was a very tiny scene just before news comes in that some goon has usurped their petrol bunk or something.But I was able to catch his body language it was killing him to put out his hand in front of Dutta.

Again I sincerely hope I'm barking up the wrong tree because u guys are right D would die if he is ever betrayed by his best buddy.😭
