Dutta and Nakusha share a completely different relationship dynamic - from day one these two have never done anything the conventional way. When everyone else meets over coffee or through a friend, these two met for the first time on a loading dock where Dutta was bringing in his illegal shipment and Nakku was trying to escape the holds of flesh trade. And from that day on, they've been "unique" at best. She claimed her right on him when other people would have just backed off, demanded excellence from him when everyone else would have shied away from him and he did what he'd never done with anyone else - he reciprocated.
So now, when they're in love it's no surprise that these two do not use words at all. I mean normal regular people would need words and sentences. These two just need a glance or a gesture - nothing more and sometimes even less. I mean Dutta still hasn't said the magic words - I love you (or any variation of it there off) - to Nakku. He's just told her that he had decided to marry her and later apologized for deciding without consulting her. All of his confession has happened through his touch or his gaze. So I am not surprised that when Nakku decided to agree to his proposal she did so indirectly too - she didn't look at him and tell him "Hey, I'll marry you!". She told him and everyone else who was listening that she wished he not sit through another pooja without his wife by his side. His wife - and that's only one person. He's told her numerous times and she knows it - it's her. That point needed no clarification - not to him. What I found amazing was the fact that like Dutta had proposed to her in public as an attempt to undo the insults he'd hurled at her public after the Supriya fiasco, she too accepted his proposal in public, and in this case to undo the insult/pain she'd caused when she's "refused" him earlier in public. I found that to be a very interesting parallel - although it could just be something my tired brain cooked up on its own and nothing else.. 😆 *yawns*

I LOVED how they communicated (pretty much had an entire conversation) with their eyes! 😳 And I agree that it was her way of publicly accepting his marriage proposal without any further delay, and it totally makes sense with Nakku and her Bappa conversations 😉
But I also think that they need to "talk" about stuff once in a while like the conversation they had in the beginning of the episode. Not sure if I misunderstood you, but didnt he apologize to her in words when he told her that he is sorry that he proposed in public (as usual we got a super adorable Dutta here)? I do think that it is important to communicate in words in every relationship, to tell the other person how important they are in your life and how much you love them.. My 2 cents!!!
