It depends on my mood really and this morning I had coffee which is why I'm not sleepy at all.
I don't usually drink coffee as I don't like it much but I sometimes feel like having it to acquire a taste for it. But it is a huge mistake as I cant sleep the whole night. Caffeine is bad for me as I haven't built up a tolerance to it yet.
